Had an amazing experience, lovely staffs, arrived earlier than check-in time but was warmly welcomed. It's exciting to be there, services was organised orderly. 👍

Absolutely love this place! Clean, comfortable and very good location. Breakfast is brilliant, and the view from the deck is gorgeous.

1 star is to much As per previous email please see attached Photos of 1. Filthy carpets I would not stand on without shoes 2. Urine stained mattress 3. Stockings belonging to I presume a previous person that stayed in the room 4. Coffee out of date since Jan of 24 5. Mould on the ceiling and walls in the bedroom 6. Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom 7. Fan in the bathroom covered in dust 8. Nowhere to hand clothes in room 9 . Holes in the wall 10. Handle going into the bedroom broken 11. Other peoples hair on both pillow and duvet Overall review COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY I JUST SPOKE TO A MEMBER OF STAFF THAT WAS ALSO EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE and his exact words Go F**k yourself Absolutely horrible experience we left this morning a day early because of the dirt of the room. I want a refund in full and once again request a call of the manager or director of the B&B And you have the audacity to remove an extra 14e from my sisters account that booked the rooms. All because I washed my eye makeup up off with a hand towel . I’ve a total of 22 photos of the room with proof of how unsatisfactory the room was but because of the extremely sad circumstances I was in Derry for (funeral) I thought it was best to just leave and say nothing. Until you removed money from an account that you had no business too

We were in today for my sons confirmation a table of 14. Place has a lovely feel to it. Waitresses were extremely attentive, they could not do enough for us. Food was to perfection, everything was extremely tasty. We can not wait to return. Everyone of us could not fault a thing! A real hidden gem within our city ✨️

As a group of nine we stayed at this B&B and one of their sister B&B”s at the beginning of December, our rooms were great, obviously not the Ritz but honestly I give this place 10 stars all round as their standards are extremely high. We were met by the owner and given 5 star treatment from beginning to end of our stay, nothing and I mean nothing was too much bother. The establishment was clean, beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and staff were extremely attentive nothing was too much hassle. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, we also had drinks at the bar before heading into Derry City and the craic was brilliant. Highly recommended excellent value for money homely and extremely welcoming, the owner is an absolute gentleman and definitely went the extra mile for us , short walk to the city and bonus of being able to park outside.

What a find, this B&B is a gem in the city. The staff are so welcoming and made us feel part of the family! The place is so cosy with stunning views out over the beautiful city of Derry. The rooms were lovely and warm in the cold autumn evenings with spotless bathrooms. The snug out on the terrace is an amazing retreat and perfect for a group. And the food was delicious, whether it be a full Irish breakfast or traditional fish and chips we were treated so well. We will absolutely be back!
