Premier Inn Derry / Londonderry hotel

Hotel was located at a very convenient place. Ample parking lots. Room was clean but the bed was too soft for my back.

WAITED 1 HR FOR so called ASSESSABLE ROOM. NO apologies offered. Travelled 80 miles with 93 yr old mother with dementia. 1 staff for 60 bedded hotel. Tea coffee -only 2 sachets provided for 2 day stay.Room inadequate:beds too low and dangerous for 93 yr old to rise from. Only shower in a bath ..again unsafe for 93 yr old to step in to. 9 inch gap between beds .. Slow leak below sink. Bath tap was sticking and panic that bath would overflow as turning the tap did not stop the max flow from it. Summoned help.

One of the best Premier Inn’s I’ve stayed in. Recently refurbed & what a difference it has made. What’s impressive is the rates have stayed the same even after the refurb. The service was the best part of my trip away. When I came in I was welcomed with a big smile & a big hello from Gareth who was amazing at helping me plan my trip to Derry out. Sharon was another receptionist who was amazing as well. What a great team they have there at Derry. Even the housekeepers would stop what they were doing to say hello. Keep up the great work & hope to see you all again soon.

been staying in Londonderry premier inn for many years maybe 2/4 times a year. this is the first time i was able to experience the premier plus room, it was amazing, stayed in one in Liverpool and again it was great big screen TV coffee machine and a fridge which makes a difference plus a proper table and 2 arm chairs.

Always comfortable, clean, recently renovated; VERY friendly and helpful staff; Safe and quiet location, although close to places to see and town pretty close; Great breakfast with excellent choices and staff; only wish they served dinner, but understand it was due to staffing losses, so we don't fault the restauant. We will stay more than 1 night in future visits.

Great welcome from Sharon at the reception she is a real pleasant helpful person with a great personality always there to help in any way. Have stayed here many times and have been very impressed with the staff here Gareth and Sam and Sharon are outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a stay in this area for whatever purpose it’s like a second home to us and we will be back again soon for a refreshing break. Allen and Ethel.

Yet another Premier Inn that has no dining facilities despite advertising having a Brewers Fayre attached and even saying that they will offer different breakfast and evening menus on their website . Blatantly misadvertising and conning their customers . Given that you can’t check in till 3pm and you are charged for room after 1pm , you either need to accept that you are staying here with no facilities or that you find somewhere else to stay and will lose first nights money . Premier Inn group know all too well which restaurants are closed or not selling evening meals and need to be honest about it on their website . Stop lying / misleading your customers . Booked this hotel four weeks in advance and have heard nothing from them about this . Now having to look for alternate accommodation at this late stage for remainder of visit but now at higher prices than four weeks ago .

Very welcoming hotel. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Quiet location but less than 10 minutes drive to city centre. Check in was quick and effortless. Free car parking at the hotel which is added bonus. Would stay again. Buffet breakfast was great value

Staff are friendly and welcoming , the rooms are looking great and kept nice and very clean my needs were met every time , I like that in the plus rooms you get a fridge stocked with chocolate and water and replenished when asked and was given an extra fan when asked
