Hyde Park Green

Family room was clean and beds comfortable BUT for a family of four, the room was far too small and so was the bathroom...tiny! Very inconvenient and no room to move with suitcases! Really not suitable or practical for a family. Staff were helpful and nice. But on the other hand it was a great location for tubes and buses.

Very good hotel. 3-5 minutes from two Underground Stations situated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Strongly recommended. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. 3 minutes walk to Kensington gardens.

A nice hotel for a short visit. Hotel room was clean, although very small. Not a lot of space to put suitcases, luckily we traveled light with only backpacks. Staff was nice and friendly. Great location, only a few tube stops from Oxford Street. This is a perfect hotel for a couple who wants to spend their money on other things than an expensive hotel.

I was very impressed with my 1 night stay. The hotel is a minutes walk from Bayswater tube station and there are a number of shops and takeaways nearby. I arrived late in the evening and the receptionist was helpful and checked me in quickly. Whilst the reception and stairs are a bit dated, the room was well decorated and comfortable. I stayed on the third floor (there are no lifts but luckily I only had a small bag). The room was on the back of the hotel and I heard no noises either from within or outside the hotel. The room and en-suite bathroom were very basic but immaculately clean. The room was very small, but as I was only staying for 1 night, there was no need for any more space. This was the perfect place for a quick stay in London and very good value for money - I would definitely stay again.

A last minute stay in London and the room was great value. Very small but perfect for what we needed. Only a few issues: we were woken at around midnight by someone on the street having a very loud party - obviously not the hotels fault but it definitely disturbed our sleep. We closed the window and put the air con on and that sorted that. The shower has two heads, the larger needs descaling as it was spraying in all different directions; soaking the bathroom. The smaller ones is angled towards the wall and it wouldn’t stay in any other direction. Also, made a coffee in the morning and the UHT milk was off (completely curdled) so that must have been there a very long time. Room decor was really lovely and check in nice and easy. Perfectly located close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

We had a lovely two day stay at the Hyde Park Green Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well decorated and had enough space for a comfy stay. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding. We were lucky enough to have the room with access to a balcony.
