Premier Inn London Waterloo

The accommodation is very good, the transportation is very convenient, then I can sleep freely in this room, then the sound is also relatively low, very good experience, next time I will come back.

Comfortable bed but food was appalling. Pizzas were sloppy, undercooked and inedible. The evening menu severely restricted (just 4 starters out of 10 and 9 main meals. Most deserts unavailable. The breakfast was limited - no pancakes, no crumpets, no muffins. The hot selection luke warm at most. Probably the worst stay at a hotel ever.

Stayed for 2 nights (2 twin rooms for 4 of us). We paid for breakfast for convenience (kids eat breakfast free). View from rooms was across to buildings with the London eye above them so was nice and good for people watching. TV in room had some channels to watch at night and tea/coffee making facilities. Room was clean, beds very comfortable, shower was decent and the hairdryer worked well. Bus stop right outside and 5 min walk to Waterloo station. Also a few mins walk from hotel to see Big Ben, ride London eye, do London dungeons, sea life, sharks adventure and Paddington adventure. (Don’t use the 24/7 shop opposite the hotel as it was very pricey- plenty of other shops including M&S food hall nearby and vending machine in hotel) Only suggestions would be more staff on reception and at busy times to e breakfast is a bit difficult as have to queue for everything so if get coffee first, it’s cold by time get food and vice versa. This was only an issue when we ate around 9:15am. We had breakfast earlier and there was no queues. Would definitely recommend to stay here and I will stay when next visiting London.
