Great location, close to supermarket, bus stop, tube station and tourist attractions. The floor is heated, very comfy for a person from a hot country like me. There are kitchen utensils, fan, iron, washing machine, hangers. So anything essential to live for couple days. (Would need more body wash if I'm staying one day more) I was lucky enough to get the bacolny room, that is a plus. (Tho the bacolny was a bit dusty) The checkin was super easy. Would prefer if checkout time could be a lil later tho.

I was a little disappointed overall. There were very suspicious stains on the bed blanket and the mattresses were really cheap and very uncomfortable. The apartment was very hot and the airconditioning was basically doing nothing. This wasn't great when the sun beats through the windows all day, meaning you have to keep the blinds shut all the time. It was only in the low 20's for the time I was there and the apartment never registered below 25 degrees on the thermostat. On the plus side, the location is fantastic and super close to High St Kensington. It's also very useful to have a washer/drier available if you're needing it (I was). The place just needs some TLC and better aircon for warmer days.

入住第一天給的密碼是錯的。check in下午4點，其實不方便，還好我朋友住邊上酒店我去放東西。六點四十到地點按照指示輸入密碼門打不開。給我安排地下室2號房信號也不好，我衹能上樓打電話。電話很久很久才打通而且我還讓朋友酒店前台幫我一起打。打通後詢問了我一連串問題，整個過程耗時30分鐘，因為中途換了個人來和我對接，我重新把訊息再交代一遍。所以不會英語的千萬別入住！因為那時候不知道誰可以幫你聯繫，因為入住是完全沒有人在那的！ 房間衞生我不想説了，地下一層，潮氣，黴味。如果不住久沒事。廁所偶爾還有味道，排氣要一直開着才行。窗外有個巨大的機器不知道是什麼，會響。所以睡眠淺的注意了，1號2號房開窗就是機器。我這個是17號那棟樓。打掃地上是乾淨的，但是床上真的不乾淨，枕頭還有灰塵。我還看見頭髮。。。並且兩個晚上我都睡不好！這個床太差了。。。你也不能馬上換房間，因為要再聯繫酒店。然後不知道會有什麼事。房間裏有廚房，如果帶孩子是比較方便。一個人旅行沒必要住這樣的。兩千三百兩晚就是這種質量。以後肯定不會再定這家。僅個人經歷供大家參考！

Appartamento molto bello a kensington!! Vicinissimo alla metro e super fornito di tutto. Unica nota dolente le scale (il nostro appartamento era all'ultimo piano). Per il resto perfetto!

Ottimo appartamento, abbastanza pulito, ottima posizione e comodissimo ai mezzi per spostarsi per Londra (metro e autobus)

這次出來旅行，找了很久的酒店才找到這家，還好這家乾淨整潔舒適，設施齊全，裝修也不錯，下次有機會再來住。
