Premier Inn London Tooting

Short walk to bus stop, great amenities and comfortable stay. I like how there are vegan options on the menu, vegan dinner was good but could be a bit more generous when it comes to vegan linguine such as adding vegetables. The experienced receptionist provided excellent customer service, the newer one wasn't so enthusiastic and not as helpful. The internet connection can be slow late at night on Facebook. Overall I would come back again if the opportunity arises.

A very nice clean hotel, with friendly staff. A great location situated halfway between two underground stations. Theres plenty of places to eat and drink and loads of shops.

Thinnest pillow ever x1 (and I’ve bought Premier Inn pillows online) cooked breakfast lacklustre. One bath towel for a couple, staff were helpful and friendly but basics need sorting.

Not the best experience due to the shower being out of order the whole time so we couldn't shower at all during out stay! Breakfast also very basic.

We chose this Hotel because of its location to where our Son and his Girlfriend live. It’s easily reached on foot from either Tooting Broadway or Tooting beck tube stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and as we arrived a little early for our check in they had a nice seating area to wait with its own Bar. There is also coffee, Tea, Milk and sugar next to the reception if you need additional for your room. The room and bathroom was very clean and we had a towel each, only issue was that there was only a small amount of toilet paper left so we had to go to reception to ask for more ( should of been refilled when the room was cleaned. Breakfast was plentiful with a well stocked continental area. This is one of the best premier inns I’ve stayed in and we will stay there again unless our son moves.

Filthy carpets in bedroom stains on floor, musty room smelt of smoke , I was in a premier plus lacked extra care, on arrival paid extra for early check in to be faced with filthy carpets! . On checking out in the morning receptionist was miserable and rude grunted at me ! unwelcoming! Not nice at all! I have stayed in many premier inns this was terrible by far enough to put me off as a regular customer.
