Very spacious room. Breakfast is ok just all the same everyday. No drinking bottle water is a bit pity.

This was the only time I stayed in East London during my business trip to the city. Even though the hotel is located right near the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. There is a meeting room on the ground floor where I spent two hours working to avoid the London traffic congestion. The front desk staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic. As for the breakfast, it was pretty standard, but the dining area was quite lively with a great atmosphere.

I checked in at the Hampton Hotel on Friday night and had a fabulous stay. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to start the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be visiting again.

Stayed over with my family for a dance event (MoveIt). Was a lovely modern hotel. So breakfast could’ve been a little bit better, but did the job to be honest. Nice and close to the London Excel about a five minute walk. No restaurants or shops nearby as it’s just near the Excel Overall, it was a good place to stay. A little note for people that people under the age of 18 will not be able to check in on their own and will get their hotel council automatically as I had a couple of friends who were in that situation. Checkout time is also 11 not 12 as we got told 12 by Trip.com

1st time booking due to our usual Hilton being fully booked, great check in the staff all super friendly, room was very clean , I didn't sleep very well , I wouldn't book again purely for that reason ,but the staff were great super helpful and friendly , clean room spacious , good shower ok breakfast which i will add was included in the price , I would say this is perfect for families

2 minute walk from DLR station, short commute into central London and all attractions. The room was fine for the price, clean and all amenities you would need. No fridge but the reception staff put my son's cold things in the fridge behind the counter for me. The reception and breakfast staff are all amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice and quality was ideal. Cleaner a bit pushy and not shy to beg for a tip several times.

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton and had a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, modern and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere as soon as I arrived. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help with any questions. The room was comfortable and quiet, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable and ensured a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of hot and cold options and was a great way to start the day. The location was convenient with easy access to transport links, making it ideal for both business and leisure travel. Overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money and I would happily stay again in the future.

Staff friendly near in station . Good value , breakfast good more selection . Room so clean problem the kettle not working and no free bottle of water. No restaurant near or store. But service is good for the cost so cheap. I recommend it

Clean simple bedroom. Parking is £15/day specific for hotel guests. There are a couple of EV charging ports but they were always blocked by cars that weren’t EV and we were also told they don’t work. Breakfast is crowded as it is complimentary but good - standard English breakfast. Close to Excel - about 8 mins walking.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it as the hotel is closed to a metro, has parking and is clean with great reception staff. Our stay this time was also good but breakfast was a pain. We came down in a decent time but it was still really busy and a few of the food items had not been replenished. I had to ask the staff to top up the beans and mushrooms as it seemed like they were too busy to monitor it. There was also a big queue to make waffles. I just ended up giving up as I had tickets booked for an event, so couldn't wait around anymore. Would I stay there again? Yes! Hopefully the service improves. The room was tidy with great shower pressure and checking in and out was a breeze.

The room was fine but the buffet had absolutely no vegan or veg options. I had to ask for vegan sausages which were just vegetable cutlets.

Stayed here as had a show at the O2, had a little bit of trouble getting the right underground station but once arrived the check-in/out was explained, told where breakfast would be and the times. The room was spacious with a lovely wetroom bathroom, comfy bed although the view wasn't great for the room given, but didn't matter to much. As it is close to city airport we got the chance to see flights depart and arrive. Would stay here again

Had a great stay! The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Plus, it's conveniently located just a short walk from two London Underground stations, making it easy to get around the city.
