Worst hotel… there were bed bugs biting us the whole nite and we could not sleep

The bathroom is very dirty. The bed is dirty, musty, lots of dust, and the fan is mounted on the wall when turned on. Found that there was only dust coming out of the entrance door. Loud noises affect other rooms. Night staff are not friendly. I'm going crazy about my vacation.

It was a nightmare very scary rooms the bed was uncomfortable, wakeup all night was very very uncomfortable

it's a good night for my wife and child to spend here. Very friendly person in the reception desk and food.

Great location, average hotel

Although its in perfect location nothing is well. Price was average to a good quality hotel. Room was dirty and no amenities on it. Dusty everywhere and no hot water on shower. No thing is good at its end. I won't recommend this place to any one.

Lovely little hotel, it’s basic with shared bathrooms but sinks in the room to do teeth, get water etc. The staff are nice and civil, and they serve nice breakfast really cheap.

Buena ubicación. Estancia correcta para unas pocas noches. Es una casa antigua con habitaciones. Pasillos ruidosos y nos tocó una habitación distinta a la reservada. Solo 1 cama en lugar de 2. La última noche pudimos tener 2 camas. Se sirve un desayuno sencillo por 1£.

myself, husband and two children have just stayed at this hotel for two nights. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all. The beds were clean and the towels were fresh but that's where the cleanliness ended! The floor in the bathroom was dirty and had body hairs on it and the bathroom door was hanging off its hinges, the curtains in the bedroom didn't pull across the entire window and were attached with what looked like pins. What was meant to be a quad room was actually two double beds crammed into a small room and one bed had the leg missing so was at an angle!! Tip of the iceberg was the radiator that was leaking. My husband reported it as the carpet was soaking wet and the water was getting closer and closer to the beds and the man from the hotel said maintenance would fix it. Maintenance or maybe the same man from reception turned up with two screwdrivers and plugged in a portable heater (very sensible next to water) in the room to dry the floor and put towels down to soak up the water! He also cranked up the heating so the room was like a sauna 😳 Unfortunately this was a last minute booking and there wasn't much else left available but we will definitely not return to this hotel! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The bed linen and towels were clean and it was a great location. However I struggle to find anything else positive. It seems as if they have crammed as many rooms into the space as possible. I had a room in the basement and it was like a prison cell. The beds filled the room, the sink was on top of the toilet and I could just about turn round in the space. The sockets were hanging off the walls, there was no toilet paper, no windows and I didn't feel safe. I know it is a budget hotel but surely it has to reach some safety standards at least. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked. Stay away.

For the price paid, nobody should have qualms. The metro station is a 3 minute walk and for two people via Agoda, we paid £35 for a double room with shared bathroom. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. For these prices it can only be 5/5.

'Spent all of four nights with family in a family (quadruple) room. The location is quite accessible and located for easy travel and movement in London. The room was fairly comfortable with good sleep quality except for occasional vehicular movement at night at the major road nearby. Typical of old London buildings the rooms are somewhat small with equal narrow stairs. Oh, the room door-lock was faulty and couldn't be fixed after my complaints. Our last two nights were marred by some plumbing work at the basement area knocking off the use of the breakfast place. This place needs an upgrade.

I had a nice stay at Earl’s court hotel, it’s location is great. Very close to the tube and central which was perfect for my trip. The staff was accomodating and helpful. There are many cafes near by to have breakfast in the morning. I recommend the area, safe. There’s a great pub called The Atlas near by
