Plaza on the River London

I booked this hotel at the last minute after deciding to extend my stay in London for another night. Before booking, I called the hotel and spoke with Njaai at reception to inquire about the benefits included with my VIP membership. He was extremely professional, explaining that I would receive a couple of drink vouchers for the bar, a room upgrade, and even a suite upon arrival. Twenty minutes later, I arrived at the hotel, and Njaai checked me in seamlessly. I was delighted to be given an incredible suite with stunning views overlooking the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. The suite itself was exceptional, featuring a small kitchen equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, along with a separate bedroom and living area. The room was thoughtfully designed, with blinds and curtains controlled by touch panels, air conditioning in each room, and a lovely bathroom with a spacious shower. Conveniently, there was a Tesco Express just a few minutes' walk away, so I picked up some snacks for my stay. In the evening, I enjoyed two glasses of wine in the hotel bar using my drink vouchers, which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept like a log and felt reluctant to leave the next morning. Although I had been offered a late checkout, I opted to depart earlier than planned. Before leaving, I tried the breakfast buffet, which was included in my VIP rate. While the buffet had a range of options, I only had time for a quick coffee and a small plate. Upon reviewing my account, I realized I hadn’t stayed at this hotel since 2014, and I was pleased to find it just as impressive as I remembered. Check-out was efficient, handled professionally by Njaai’s brother. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and certainly won’t let another ten years pass before staying here again.

Wonderful class with chef Ederson, very informative, really good vibes! The food was delicious and i learned the techniques on how to fold the dumplings which was one of my main goals. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming! Prosecco included and after live music!

Restaurant Chino-Latino Review This review is specifically for 3 very special people in the Chino-Latino restaurant - Anushkau (Night hostess/mgr), Maria most wonderful server & Chef Gabyel whose food was not only delicious but works of art. Our first evening we met Maria in the bar and had a lovely & lively chat as Maria infused us with her natural friendliness. Anushkau picked up on that when we moved over to the dining room for dinner. During ordering and regular chitchat w/Anoushkau we mentioned it was our 20th wedding anniversary and she said please come back on our actual anniversary (2 days later) and spend it there at the restaurant again promising a special evening. It did not disappoint - and in the end literally brought me to tears. Anoushkau had allowed for us to come at any time that evening and we came at 8:00 to a reserved table by the window with a lovely view overlooking the river Thames. After an incredible dinner of california roll w/ a fabulous sauce and exquisite roe (which I'm rarely a fan of, but this I loved) and perfect tempura green beans, followed by Beef shortrib and hot rock sirloin steak both cooked to perfection. We sat for a few minutes listening to the marvelous pianist and singer singing continuing a wonderful set of love songs and 60-70’s hits when we surprised with a complimentary dessert and not just any dessert but their outrageous dessert sampler with sign and candle celebrating our 20th - it was then that the hospitality and thoughtfulness of these 2 wonderful people along with the kindness and talent of Chef Gabrel that brought me to tears. Anoushkau, Maria & Chef Gabrel deserve so much more than our thanks but that is up to you their management, which I also want to thank for giving them the flexibility to allow them to do things like this. I am hoping you will recognize the wonderful talent you have in these 3 exceptional people. Thank you again for making our anniversary SO special. People underestimate the little things they can done that can mean SO much. We will come back to the Park Plaza next time we come to London in a big part because of what they did.

Excellent customer service!, and my Bailey’s Martini was the bomb, I never had a drink like this before and it was delicious! The live music was nice as well, we truly enjoyed ourselves! This is our first trip to the UK and yes we will be back!!!!!

Shout out to Sathesh who moved us from the 3rd floor to the 10th floor with amazing views of the river. So far so good- excellent service, clean and comfortable. Friendly people. Spacious with lots of room to put things away after living out of our suitcases for three weeks!
