DO NOT BOOK Take payment without informing you. Not stipulated in booking details this will happen. Ignore phone calls / emails. Do not refund although entitled to it. Had to go via *********** to get refund. Took 10 weeks for me to resolve & get my money back. TOTAL SCAM

We did like pretty much everything and we are so glad we have found this little gem!! Place was spotless clean!! Crisp clean white bedding, fresh towels, two comfortable double beds, lovely soft clean carpets throughout! We had kettle and even microwave in the room. Superb location, but also very quiet!!! We'll be staying again! 100% recommend this place!! After reading some horrible reviews on tripadvisor I was scared to stay there! People were writing that it's a scam, that the place is filthy with very dirty carpet and bed, I was not keen on staying there after reading all that, but I'm glad we did stay there! People are horrible, I don't understand where the bad comments are coming from! You want a 5 star hotel, you need to pay at least £600 a night.. this is a fantastic value for money!!

Stayed in apartment 2 for two weeks. Trying to check in was a disaster. There was no communication on how to check in or out. The phone number provided on Google told us to contact someone else. They preferred text over calls which resulted in replies hours later or not at all. The bathroom is full of black mould which is highly unhealthy. We arrived to the fridge turned off and hot so our food got spoiled. The tv is unstable on the roof mount. I was worried it would fall. The advertisements online give false information; we had no access to the garden. Our tiny balcony only had one chair and the door doesnt lock. The location was handy but at a huge cost. It is super loud at night with the clubs and restaurants down below. Definitely not a 4 star place as advertised.

This hotel does not advise that it will take immediate payment. It states the card is needed to secure room. They took full payment from me a day later, promised to refund me within 48 hours, I’m still waiting and they are now ignoring my calls and messages

The location of the apartment is perfect. The apartment and bathroom plus amenities are all exquisite and tastefully set up. Everything is perfect. Ample natural light Spacious Everything that you need is available and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again. Bed is comfortable. PERFECT!!!

was sent here for my work as i had a business trip to london. really enjoyed my stay here, the room was very clean and spotless. the staff helped me locate the best restaurants to eat at in the area and where to buy suits. i will love to come back with my eldest son here as you can really experience the full london package there.
