I had to go down twice from the 7th floor to the ground floor reception to report that the air conditioning control panel was not working. Each time, the staff insisted it was working, but it clearly wasn’t. I reported it again, and this time the staff member said she would speak to maintenance and get back to me within 10 minutes.
After 25 minutes, I went down to reception again. She said she was still in contact with maintenance. I asked again after another 30 minutes, and she claimed that maintenance was checking the manufacturer’s website. I never received any proper follow-up or resolution regarding the issue.
To make matters worse, the disabled alarm went off while I was in the shower. A staff member came to the room and asked if I had pulled the cord. I explained that I hadn’t, but she left without saying anything further. The alarm remained on and I was unable to reset it. Fortunately, it eventually stopped on its own—after I got dressed after shower and decided to go down to reception.
Overall, this stay has left me with a very bad impression. Unprofessional communication, ineffective support, and unresolved issues made the experience frustrating and stressful. I expected better service and responsiveness.
