Good not too bad but before you book found deferent hotel but if you straggling book it

The receptionist was terrible. He wanted to charge an extra pound and insisted on having my card details.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the rooms are large and fully equipped

Nice place .clean and kinda spacious . The environment is perfect

cosy bedroom, nice location, no amenities provided

不要選這間！不要選這間！不要選這間！ 地獄經歷。就是貪便宜才選這間，一家人住了一晚都病了。最後即使虧錢（虧了未入住的三晚房費，約HKD$3500)也忍不住離開，重新訂入另一間酒店！ 強烈建議trip.com不要再與這間酒店合作！！！ 控訴 1）入住當晚沒熱水，等了2個小時也沒熱水，當晚沒法洗澡。第二天早上9:00 職員聲稱供水系統就是這樣，沒法即時解決，只能下午6:30前安排師傅檢查，職員態度和環境都讓人十分不適。去到這個惡劣情況我們都想退房離開了，和職員商議將未入住的三晚房價退款，職員堅決拒絕退款，明明是酒店問題，但酒店拒絕承擔退款。 控訴2）環境非常惡劣（如圖，洗手間的門檻甚至是腐爛的，木碎非常容易刺傷皮膚）；床架就快坐爛的樣子，每坐一下都發出刺耳的聲音。

В общем ништячная местечка. Пятеро были в гостях. Номером и удобствами довольны. Но был один непонятный мне момент) в туалете были упаковки стик - шампунь, а не в bathroom) just why? 🤷♂️ 😁

房間都還庭大的，挺乾淨的。就是洗澡的地方太小了一點，地理位置很好，離地鐵站很近，走路几分鐘就到了，附近很多餐廳和超市，有微波爐和洗碗盆，碗盤叉子都有，有煲水壺方便泡面吃，準備回來再住一晚。

The dirtiest room i have ever stayed in, the lock was broke the floor was dirty, holes in the wall, shower dirty and grubby, room was not ready at 5:30pm manager sad was everything is ok we have a camera !!!

The hotel looks much better on pictures than in reality. But this was accepted since we needed just a place to sleep and toilet/shower. Unfortunately the main problem was heating. I understand that this so called "hotel" is not 3 or 4+ stars BUT there must be some minimum hygiene standards for the temperature inside the room! The heating system works from 5pm untill 10am in the Mid of January !!! So it was VERY cold in our room when we came. We asked additional heater at reception. The answer was "we don't have heater and we can give you extra blankets". This was not a solution for us because we where freezing in the room. After a call to police and conflict with hotel's owner by phone suddenly we got an extra small heater. Next day we left the heater on in order to return back to hotel and feel warm and comfortable. When came back heater was not in our room. SO... again... the conflict with arrogant owner for few hours. We asked to return our money. The answer was "ask your money from ***********". We called to ***********. Unfortunately they didn't helped us as well. And only after few hour of nervousness we got a heater again ( thank's for the big group of tourists who came into hotel at a right time and heard shouts and screams from big boss). So the final result we could get in a very different way without any conflicts but... I guess owner is not interested in clients. Be carefull specialy during the winter time ! You won't hide from cold in that hotel!

I was due to come here on the 23rd match, but unfortunately my auntie passed away on the 21st march. When i asked if i could cancel they simply replied too late, i then asked if i could change the date so i could go after the funeral. Yet again i got a too late reply. I said they was rude and no compassion, I wouldn't mind paying a cancellation fee but with the rudeness I received i was so upset. I don't know what the hotel is like but i would have loved to have stayed but with the customer service i got at my time of grief im glad i had to cancel. I have been called a liar on top of the rudeness, I don't want anyone else to go through what i have been through

L’appartement est vétuste mais le manager Honi et tout personnel font tout ce qu’ils peuvent pour être agréables et aux petits soins. Intervention rapide si souci, conseils. Très bien situé et propre. Et tout cela malgré la barrière de la langue On reviendra avec plaisir en famille ou entre amis.
