The location and staff were great

El hotel está bien, al lado de la estación de metro. El checkin se puede hacer en los ordenadores de la entrada. Lo malo es que no hacen la habitación a no ser que les avises para ello. El desayuno nos costó 8£, no estaba mal, tampoco muy variado pero merece la pena viendo los precios en otros sitios. La habitación no es muy grande pero está bien para pasar pocos días. Repetiría si volviera a Londres.

I have stayed here regularly for an annual event over the last 4 years, always with the option of loyalty scheme discounts in IHG or Accor Hotels nearby. On this years stay I was welcomed by several crew members who genuinely remembered me-I am surprised by their long service in an industry where staff turnover is so high especially at the budget end of the market. so I guess that they are settled and happy. Since my first stay I have always enjoyed great service delivered with a genuine smile (Higher end brands you could learn a lesson here) and this stay with my wife was no exception. NB I made the mistake of booking a Standard room for the two of us-the bed is a fair size double-but one side is against the wall-fun clambering over each other in earlier years but now we are in our in our 70s, less of an adventure and more of an expedition. We will in future book the larger option-for singles (or those more agile) of course the Standard rooms are just fine. A clean, comfortable hotel. All the staff I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful. I stayed on a Friday night and found the hotel to be quiet, allowing me to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to stay again.
