I stay here quite a lot because it’s near where I work. Everyone at the front desk is really helpful. Although the rooms are quite small, they are perfectly formed and there is a pretty good café next door. The showers are excellent.

Great hotel, rooms a little small but does the job.

Generally good and clean, good location, a supermarket nearby to buy drinks and food, air conditioning is good, the only problem is the shower and toilet door is glass, can see through from the room.

Stayed in inside room was very very warm and air conditioner wasn’t very powerful so would recommend getting a window if you don’t like hot rooms! Location is great, staff great super clean!

Excellent hotel for the price! Yes the rooms are extremely small, that’s the point. We knew we wouldn’t be in the room much so that didn’t matter. What made the difference was the excellent staff and service. The Z membership (entirely free and gets you 10% off your booking when booking!) lets you get a beautiful cheese plate and wine complimentary every night (for non Z members it’s available every Tuesday and Saturday), and a complimentary coffee at the cafe. Additionally the staff was very kind and friendly. The location is great and within walking distance of SOHO, convent garden, and many other fun areas and tourist attractions like the British museum. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel with great service and not planning on spending all your time in your room this is the hotel for you!

Avoid! Awful tiny rooms, barely larger than the bed, either with no window or with oddly shaped ones. Erratic AC, uncomfortable bed, no space to store anything. I have seen more luxurious cabins in submarines, all for over €300 per night. Frankly a disgrace.

We stayed for two nights here. The hotel is fine, and has all amenities you would need in a room. However the room is incredibly small, so was difficult to move around with two people in the room. We could cope with that however what the issue for us was the bed. The bed was incredibly hard, and so uncomfortable so for this reason alone we would not stay again or recommend. However, room was very clean and staff pleasant. Great location.

Rooms were a bit small but ok, I was out most of the day. My first solo trip. The location was great. Staff friendly and smile a lot. Roger and Phil were an amazing help. Made me feel comfortable and allowed me to check in early. Breakfast was ok for the first day I prefer English breakfast from Covent Garden about 10 minutes away. Clean rooms and room cleaned everyday. i plan to stay back next year.

We chose the Fleet St spot for the easy access to the areas around. A short walk to Temple Station gets you on your way easily. The staff were friendly and helpful, Sharon and Kevin in the cafe offered great conversation and insights for our travel time. Chatting with them on our first evening in town was very welcoming. The room itself was a bit smaller than expected. The frosted glass bathroom positioned across from the bed made for minimal privacy. This would not be as much an issue if this were a solo trip. Add to this the minimal A/C cooling and inability to open the windows. The bed definitely needs some work. The thin mattress on a raised wood-board platform was very hard and uncomfortable. A more comfortable bed would have helped offset the tired feet and legs, especially after scaling St Paul’s Cathedral

My partner and I had multiple issues with aircon not working in our hotel room and issues with power/no restocking of necessities like toilet paper. Unfortunately we found the staff very unhelpful with these issues that they were unable to resolve for us - ended up being an extremely stuffy and hot few nights

The room was clean and comfortable, however the room had no view and the air conditioning was broken so i got no sleep on two of my three sleeps in the hotel, after two nights of telling reception, a room change was made on the last night. Overall, a nice stay location and area wise

A small chamber, no window, no natural source of light. You would imagine that for such a room, good aircon is of the utmost importance. Unfortunately, the aircon never worked, the whole time we stayed there. It appears to be a known issue. Location is great but so are the burial chambers if you want to see the pyramids.

Definitely a good hotel and as described. Clean and comfortable, they give the room measurements and size of room was expected. Very disappointing breakfast and waste of money, when I booked it said hot breakfast bowl or continental option, but when I stayed only "unlimited " continental and no hot option and not much on offer continental. Also the hotel might want to consider more work spaces for employees, as whilst I was eating breakfast in the cafe, there was some sort of staff meeting taking place, which is not in itself bad, but does not give peaceful and quiet atmosphere. When in the cafe I was sat next to a random plate of croissants just left on the chair the entire time I had my breakfast. I still think the hotel is good value and would stay again but just have meals elsewhere.
