Khách sạn rất cũ, hình ảnh trên website không đúng sự thật, không có máy lạnh, nhân viên rất thô bạo và tính tiền vô cớ, do chuyến bay bị delay nên một ngày sau tôi đến, n*** khi biết tôi đã báo cho khách sạn , khách sạn từ chối hoãn chuyến đi của tôi mặc dù tôi đã cung cấp đủ thời gian để thông báo cho họ, giao tiếp của khách sạn rất tệ. Có nước tiểu trên tường nhà vệ sinh. Dịch vụ khủng khiếp

greate location, greate food. Mamy zone in this hotel. Some is ugly. But the room is clean, staff is helpful.

Very convenient location! And there are shops and restaurants near to the hotel which you won’t be worried about getting food even at night.

The location is the best. Like most hotels in London, it is old but the building is big.

This is my second time booking The Royal National Hotel. Located a stone’s throw from Russell Square. The room turned out to be smaller than previous booking, though I had booked the Twin Plus room which costs more.

Great hotel for families on a budget. Clean and tidy , good choice of breakfast options

Good location near Russell Square station, walking distance to Tottenham Court Road, Euston (15min). Room is basic and comfortable. Doors slam very loudly and cause disturbance at night. There was a function one night that lasted till almost midnight and the noise/music reverberations travelled a couple of floors up.

Asked a member of staff if the hotel provides slippers, The staff were rude, original sentences were: “ we don’t have slippers, this is a hotel.” Tone of voice were rude, as if I’m an ***** that doesn’t know they don’t provide slippers. Staffs need to be trained on better customer services.

The room is big but the sound-proofing is poor. Whenever someone opens the door, the whole floor can hear it. I can even hear people talking and running in the corridor. My room was on the first floor and the window face exactly to the entrance of the hotel. People can see my room and I had to close the curtain for my privacy.

Nice location, right next to russel square station and walkable distance to euston station or king cross station. Staff are helping to solve the problems we encountered efficiently.

This hotel is very convenient that is very closed to British Museum. So, we didn’t need to bring anything when visiting British Museum which requires anyone with any belongings to queue up in line to wait for security check before entering the museum. It saved us a lot of time since we had been able to enter it directly.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well presented, the bar downstairs got a bit noisy at night but it died down around midnight so wasn't an issue for us. The location is only a short walk from the west end, Leicester Square and Oxford Street, which was iddal for our trip.

The hotel is in a very good location, just near the British Empire and close to the entrance of Russell Square. It is conveniently located with buses and subways within a 5-minute walk. The hotel bed is comfortable, the service attitude is friendly, and it is a very good experience.
