Travelodge London Bethnel Green

This is the worst ever Hotel , never again. I went tired in the night to check in to find my room shockingly given to someone else without speaking to me and they just assumed I am not coming. Took us 3 hrs to get to the other hotel. Disturb my sleep and ability to concentrate on my conference next day in the morning. Very bad management a service. The Receptionist on other hotel said that’s happened regularly what a terrible hotel please see better options than that Regard

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und geräumig und hatte alles was uns zusteht. Die Lage war okey. Es gibts in der nähe ein Supermarkt. Service super freundlich und zufriedenstellend. Ausstattung sehr gut.

My wife and I stayed at Travelodge, in the Bethnal Green district of London, in January 2025. Right from the start we were made very welcome and we were supplied with extra milk, tea and coffee upon request. The linen, in our room, was changed very swiftly upon asking, as I am prone to a skin reaction if the bedding has been changed for more than 24 hours. The food, at breakfast, was of a very good standard and during the stay my wife and I received excellent personal customer service and attention from all staff, in particular, from a lady called Michelle. Prior to this visit, I last stayed at this hotel with two friends back in June 2024. Michelle remembered me from back then which was very nice. All in all, I would recommend this Travelodge to anyone who wanted to stay in London as its position and access to buses and the Underground is quite close.

Michelle was so kind at reception and she needs a raise for her kindness and customer service. If there’s an award for employee of the month it should go to her. She helped us with carrying our bags upstairs and she really made us feel welcome, especially considering we were having such a rough week.
