Staff was nice, room was clean, would stay again. Was given a bottle of water at check in

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was overlooked by housekeeping but the front desk delivered coffee supplies when I called down. It was very difficult to sleep as noise levels were off the charts. Guests on my floor partying until 3 and 4 am was difficult.

Convenient for walking around downtown.
Not moder style but very clean and nice.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel because she had an early morning appointment at the University Hospital. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the room was clean, comfortable and sufficiently stocked. I booked through ******* but was told that at check out that had I booked with them directly and told that we were there for medical reasons, that I could have gotten a cheaper rate and parking would have been free. We will know this for next time and would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff was friendly. We were approached by a homeless person walking into the hotel and at the hotel back door. The parking lot was terrifying and not monitored - we did not want to leave our car there (to the point that we walked around London at 1am to find a covered parking place).

Check-in was fat and efficient.Access to the from door from the parkade was challenging when you arrive late or leave early. We were locked out just putting our items in the vehicle in the *****ing and had to ask other guests to let us back in as someone was not at the front desk to see us.The hotel was good value for the price however the rooms aren't well sound proofed. Even the quietest guests in the hallways could be heard as though they were in your room.

They had a false fire and we had to leave the premises..I was just getting out of the shower..wet hair, outside for 20 minutes.
Which made me late for my event in why I had rented the room to begin with.
I should get a big discount

Overall the experience was good, no complaints with the hotel itself, however the outside is to be desired. There is a small park right next to the hotel and a few transient folks under the influence who hang out there. Unfortunately for the hotel they have no control over that.
Would definitely stay again.

Hotels offer accommodations to the homeless and refugees should be required to advise guests as it was very loud and there was a ruckus at the entrance with homeless people arguing with a security guard.
