Nice Hotel Good location next to the most attractions in London Friendly Staff

the hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is very helpful and polite and nice, i would recommend to stay here again, just that the room is a bit small

The amenities are not complete… kettle and tea bag/coffee missing terrible

Very nice hotel free water and ice cream and cookies at the lobby. Very close to the park, clean and valued! I booked the room, including breakfast and dinner. Worth it!

When checking into our room my wife and I noticed that the air conditioning fan was on full blast . We tried to adjust the control but with no luck. On leaving the hotel on our way to a restaurant and theatre (3pm) we reported it to reception. We were assured it would be resolved. On our return that evening it initially appeared to be so. My wife showered but then the fan switched on again and would not switch off. We phoned reception who said they would send ‘someone’. No one came. I then went down to reception to complain. I returned to our room after the receptionist said ‘she would try to find her colleague’. After around 20 minutes someone came to the room. They too could NOT control the fan so they agreed for us to move rooms. My wife was in a shower towel so had to get dressed again. We subsequently moved rooms. This second room was dirty. There were mug stains on the bedside table and discarded medication on the floor. We were too tired to complain again. This was meant to be a special anniversary treat for us. Disappointed does even cover our experience at Doubletree by Hilton. We had relied on the Hilton brand. More fool us.

My brother and I stayed here for one night as we met in London for a concert. We arrived a bit early at the hotel and were willing to wait in the waiting area but the receptionist told us that our room was ready and we could go if we wanted. The room was clean and exactly where we wanted it. We were quite pleased with it, and highly recommend it.

We are very happy with the service of the hotel, and also the breakfast is brilliant! Great location!

At that day I stayed, the fire alarm was working more than 10 times at night, and staff did not do anything or even try to explain the situation to the guest.

They give me a room went in the room somebody else was staying in there very bad service not good at all. I expected for Hilton Hotel to be better.

Room size is ok, clean, and lots of hot water. May stay again. It's worth it if you just want to have a hot shower and sleep. No where near the standard of hotel we used to have in Macao and even in big cities of China.

5 mins away from the station. Easily access. Friendly staffs and have warm cookies for you. Only sad side was the fire alarm sounded one of the night (2am) and no explanation was given.

Showing its age but the location is great. Room is on the small side, and the building isn't too attractive but service is generally very good.

Great for a 1-night stay. Very friendly staff on arrival.
