酒店所處倫敦東區周邊環境較差，整體設施陳舊，房間小且衞生較差，床單上有較多毛髮，就價格而言，性價比不高，不建議選擇。

酒店地理位置非常好，出門5分鐘就可以到地鐵和黑衣修士火車站，餐食，房間也都很令人滿意，唯一不足就時酒店的網絡，WiFi非常慢，而且要不停地連線，後來花了5鎊升級了24小時WIFI，居然還是不停的掉線，一不注意就發現自己手機又在花4G 流量，要不停地連，非常奔潰。這一點有待改進。

We stayed here and took the £29.99 meal and breakfast deal. Squid starter not bad, albeit a bit greasy and served with a basic mayo. Fish and chips were standard. The breakfast was inedible, the food stank of rancid oil. When I took a bite of the black pudding it was like a sponge soaked in the above mentioned rancid oil. I almost threw up. This is by far the worst breakfast I have ever eaten at a Premier Inn and I stay in the all the time for business whilst working away. I left most of the food on the plate. The coffee was undrinkable also.

The staff is friendly however, the management of the hotel leaves room for a deep negative feedback. At the reception they couldn’t find reservation for breakfast. First day breakfast included, second day mismanaged so I left. Rooms are very small, dirty and not suitable for business. Snall desk not accomodating an average laptop, no place to open the luggage and very smelly environment. The desk chair broken that if you didn’t know it, it could cause an accident.

Have stayed in many Premier Inn's across London. This flagship one has the feel of a proper hotel as opposed to a budget hotel. Quite an impressive large former office block building with some modern architecture, like a spiral staircase. Very airy and roomy lobby, lounge, bar and breakfast seating area. Self check-in machines available which we attempted to use but had complications. Staff swift to greet on entry and to direct to check-in when we machines not working fully. Well appointed decent sized rooms. No noise issues. Very good breakfast with option of requests for extras such as porridge or poached eggs. Cocktail drinks happy hour offer. Excellent location. Blackfriars station very close with various connections. Bus stop two minutes away, very handy direct route to Kings Cross for us. Fleet Street around the corner for buses to the west end. Both a Tesco and Sainsbury's mini-markets on the main road. Plenty of bars and restaurants in around Fleet Street and St Paul's (less than ten minutes walk). Very impressed with the staff. Always greeted and pleasant. The reception and breakfast teams extremely attentive and efficient. We had one very minor issue, a faulty hair dryer. Mentioned and replaced that afternoon. Will definitely return. A good base for the city and river and south bank but walkable to The Strand/Covent Garden and excellent transport options. Plenty of food and drink options nearby. Excellent staff and service.

As expected from a Premier Inn, one card issued and when we found only one set of towels in the room the card became an issue as it was needed for the lights etc, then had to get dressed to go to reception as there is no phone in the room to call anyone... only issue though?

Great staying here. Short walk to the Thames. Close to London transport, Thameslink, bus tours and local pubs. Comfortable rooms. Good night's sleep, with very helpful and friendly staff. Good place to stay if on holiday or business. Thank you very much

Located near Fleet Street in walking distance of St. Pauls and many London sights. Excellent, friendly staff. Clean, modern rooms, and good food at affordable prices. What more could you want?

I’m quite a fan of Premier Inn. Generally speaking they are very consist. On this occasion we had 2 rooms. A ‘Premier Plus’ room on the 3rd floor which was very good and a standard room on the -1 level. The standard room was very large but suffered from being damp. The bathroom smelled and the sheets felt damp. Location is very good and for 2 nights it met our needs.

Beds were very comfy, had to ask for extra pillows bc the ones they had, and the additional were so flat. Paid extra for ultimate wifi and it rarely worked, so don’t waste your money on that. The staff was great, food was good. Will stay again.

Stayed here on a business trip for a week. The hotel itself was fine and in a good location. The breakfast was so-so, and the amenities could use some updating. But, the staff was great. Special shout out to Neha for being so kind and accommodating.
