Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

條件不錯，每週日便宜。就在大商場邊上。

Check in staff was not friendly. Very transactional. Book this hotel due to location. The number of lifts does cannot support the foot traffic into the hotel. Self check in kiosk did not work. Despite stating in booking cot needed and a baby was included in booking, no cot provided.

I travel frequently with work amd stay at all different types of hotels. I've never stayed at a Premier Inn before but the location here is perfect for our office, so I booked bed and breakfast with evening meal allowance, through our corporate booking system. When I arrived, I was advised that the meal allowance hadn't been added at their end. After an hour of calls to our booking agents, it was finally rectified by a very patient member of the Premier Inn team (didn't get his name but he's a wonderful guy). Following this, I was well looked after, a table was found even though they were busy and short staffed, and my meal arrived quickly (very nice food too) The room was pleasant, very clean, modern and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Great breakfast and fabulous location right next door to the Westfield shopping centre and Stratford International. People knock the 'cheaper' hotels but I can honestly say that this is far superior to many of the higher end brand ones that I've stayed in across the country. Yes, they need a few more staff as they appear to all be multitasking, but the ones they have are polite and really try to go the extra mile, with smiles on their faces! Thank you 😊

Since being refurbished the place is awful. Avoid!!! We have been going to this Premier Inn for years. It WAS Lovely. Not now. Not enough staff on duty especially after 3pm when it is Check-in time. Self Check-in machines didnt work properly. Breakfast total disaster. Again not enough staff WONT BE RETURNING

Clean and quiet, A great nights sleep and very handy for Abba Voyage. The breakfast was very good and the location in the Westfield shopping centre was very convenient. It would have been nice to have a 'real' check in desk instead of a series of machines. Overall would highly recommend.

Really comfy bed, very quiet and good breakfast. Perfect location for Olympic Park which was the purpose of my stay. The check in machines didn’t work for me but a staff member was on hand to check me in. The bed is super comfy and the room is a good size.

We usually use Premier inns whenever we can when taking trips in the U.K. We recently stayed here at Stratford for a mini break in London to see the Abba Voyage show as the hotel's location is great for this. We were a little early but our room was ready and a lovely French gentleman checked us in. It still amazes me that you have to pay an extra £15 for an early room though as it is already "ready" !!! We stayed in a "Premier Plus" room which was really comfortable. We had breakfast there on the two mornings we stayed. IMHO, Premier Inn breakfasts can vary greatly regarding taste but on this occasion it was excellent. Everything well cooked and tasty. Even the dreaded slow toaster seemed faster ! We had one evening meal there which was the typical fayre that Premier inn offer, nothing special but OK... All in all I can recommend this Premier Inn, the staff were really friendly which always helps. A very special mention to Monica, an amazing member of staff who went above and beyond and who really made us feel special !

I stayed in your Premier Plus room and had a shower in my room. Can you please tell me why you didn't have baths in them when I paid the extra price for the room? I normally stay in the standard rooms and all have a bath. I don't understand why. Not good

Got here last night. No hot water for a shower. Got back after a day in London tonight. No hot water for a shower. Very very poor. When paying this much for a hotel this is not acceptable. I doubt we will be staying here again or recommending it to anyone
