Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

酒店位置還可以，不太好找，走拎着4個大箱子走錯了，第二個酒店才對。雖然隔得不遠，但是有很多行李，確實不方便.房間一般般，燈光有點詭異，紫色的. 房間沒有網絡。

條件不錯，每週日便宜。就在大商場邊上。

If you like cold showers, occasionally no water at all and not being able to use your device on the “Ultimate” WiFi you paid for, then this is the place for you. Premier prices, 1 star services. I have nothing else to say so I’m typing this to get to 200 characters.

Great room, breakfast lovely. I haven’t stayed here in a while it’s been renovated and is clean bright and airy. Staff helpful. Always someone around to help. Great nights sleep in a standard room. Very quiet and relaxing. Really felt relaxed and ready for the journey home.

Room was great, very comfy but breakfast was absolutely awful. Continental options was toast and cereals and a bit of fruit, no pastries (this was rudely confirmed by the chef) or yoghurts. Another family member had the full English and despite us watching it come from the kitchen it was cold - some of it stone cold it was disgusting! We came at 7am so towards the start of breakfast so that wasn’t the issue. Really disappointing as we were heading to a celebration and wanted a good breakfast to start the day and pick the premier inn over the holiday inn round the corner as it was supposed to be a good breakfast but regret this now!

I normally rate PremierInn highly and in this hotel the rooms and beds are of a high standard, so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. However, do not use the restaurant for dinner, especially if you are going out to the theatre/show. We booked the restaurant for 17:00, they had supplier issues on some items and it took 75 minutes to serve our starters. The main meals were wrong and we had to rush our main meal and forgo a pudding so we could get to our show. The breakfast wasn't much better as items were not replenished quick enough. This is the second time I've stayed here in 2 years and I can honestly say that we had the same experience the first time. So nothing has changed. I wouldn't eat here again as it was stressful to be clock watching. In the room (626) we had no remote control for the TV and the sink plug was stuck in the closed position. We reported the sink issue and it was resolved. Clearly no one is checking rooms are up to standard . Think carefully before you stay here. If you are just looking for a bed, then I can recommend this hotel as the beds are very comfortable. If you're looking for a social experience with food and drink, then I would be very reluctant to recommend here.

Great location, Stratford is extremely accessible these days, good work space during the day. Staff very helpful and on hand. I would like to see the ability to purchase ultimate WiFi before going to the room as service was limited in the room

The room was excellent the bed was lovely and comfortable the lighting was great I had the right amount of tea making things the bathroom was great the access in both the room and the hotel was great the staff were friendly and helpful the menu was great I had the Christmas meal it was very tasty the atmosphere is wonderful I’m definitely coming back the location is perfect for me

Been here several times, the hotel has been revamped. It looks good. Thought the quality of the food was poor and was worse since when we have been before. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s an ideal location for Stratford and the underground.

Visiting O2 arena- easy to get to by tube (10 mins).I was worried about how to get access to the hotel late at night but luckily the ground floor of Westfield is open to walk through to get to the entrance of premier inn. Room was fine, carpet needs cleaning!

Very good value, hotel clean and comfortable, right by Stratford international. If arriving early can leave bags safely , we had option of paying £10 to check in early, Easy to get in to central London using Underground /DLR .Quiet rooms. Food and drinks good quality and value . Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
