Premier Inn London Stratford

Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

酒店位置還可以，不太好找，走拎着4個大箱子走錯了，第二個酒店才對。雖然隔得不遠，但是有很多行李，確實不方便.房間一般般，燈光有點詭異，紫色的. 房間沒有網絡。

There was no safe deposit box in the room, no phone to get in touch with reception or housekeeping, housekeeping we had to request daily physically to go down to reception with my toddler in stroller from 10th floor up and down since there was no phone in the room. We had shortage of hot water for one day , we had to change room and again was shortage of the hot water supply, in total we changed 2 rooms. Wifi was very poor, breakfast quality poor. When I was tired of these all issues above I spoken to manager of hotel and he told me “This is certainly not a standards of hotels in Dubai” since we came from Dubai to London. Manager was very defensive and rude !!! I will never ever recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

With so many children staying at the hotel it was never going to work for other guests. Clearly there was a boiler issue but the staff did not admit there was an issue.

I booked adjoining rooms as was travelling with family. This was confirmed when booked but on arrival it was not the case. After complaining the following g day we were offered the wait rooms. Entrance seemed vandalised and bar area was very basic with no sport Channels in which I could unwind after a long day out, unlike other premier inns. Also no daily housecleaning , this only offered if booked previously. Staff were understanding and did help to their credit .

Great location, great check out time 12 noon. Right beside the train station and would not take too long to get to Central London

Amazing location, so close to ABBA Voyage ( 5 min Uber ), attached to a shopping mall with a train station opposite. Staff kept our bags for us after we checked out which was a bonus. Comfy bed as always, will definitely be returning.
