Thank you for coming and enjoying the lovely space and making it your own, and I'm glad to hear that our staff made a great impression on you! I am so glad that you loved the décor and the layout of our city studios! Thank you for the extra information on your payment situation during check in. Anytime bookings are made through a third party company, we can run into payment delays and issues, as you can imagine, because the process is not streamlined like booking through us and is processed by those companies. Thank you for your patience and I believe this was sorted out promptly. I want to mention that as an aparthotel, we do not have phones in the rooms, but we have our WhatsApp number/general mobile number at the bottom of the TV screen for guests to contact us for any housekeeping or other requests they have via WhatsApp and it is a very convenient way to contact us just at the tip of your fingers. Thank you very much for your tips on safety including the mat to avoid slipperiness, the lamps about the dining area and your feedback on our lifts! I will run this by my manager as this is the kind of attention to detail that is so invaluable to us, and I cannot thank you enough. P.S. Thank you for the gorgeous pictures!
