cleaning room service needs to be requested in advance at the front desk. However, even after making the request, the cleaning service was consistently overlooked. Simple requests such as towel replacements were missed multiple times within a week. The room was generally clean, and the hairdryer had sufficient power.

the rooms are clean and have big window, the windows are double glass so i cannot hear the noise from the street. the staffs are very nice and helpful, the lounge and waiting areas are real big and comfortable the nearby areas are real cool

房間比較大，28吋箱子完全攤得來，有書桌，有單人沙發，感覺比之前一樣價位的另一家酒店寬敞。窗户是雙層的，臨街的房間也一點聽不到聲音。衞生間也比較大，是我很滿意的一家酒店。

I recently enjoyed a three night stay at the London Hammersmith (Shepherds Bush Road) Premier Inn. It is conveniently located close to both Hammersmith Tube Stations and Hammersmith Bus Station. My stay got off to a good start as I was checked in quickly and efficiently by Gracie. Gracie has a very pleasant and professional manner. Ionela was also on hand to make me feel at home and offer her services should I require anything for my room. I enjoyed dinner in the Bar and Block. The service from Amanda and Tatiana was first class. They are both very attentive and efficient.

Another visit to a Premier Inn and this one is superb and quite possible one the best I've used.. It's one of their newer hotels and it shows, nice large reception area, great restaurant. Stayed two nights (Friday & Saturday) in order to attend two gigs at Hammersmith Odeon. As always we arrived well before the standard 3pm check-in, and as always their was a room available for the £10 early check-in charge (That's a genius idea and is a must). The young lady on reception was by far one of the most pleasant I have encountered anywhere recently. Room was as always excellent (we only went for a standard room this time and not our usual Premier Plus room) with a very comfy bed and pillows and I was delighted to see a stand alone shower (rather than shower over bath) which I think all rooms should have. Our room (121) was over looking the very busy Shepherds Bush Road, but it was about as silent as it could possibly be thanks to some brilliant Double Glazing which then had another Double Glazed unit. The shower was powerful and hot, the wi-fi was Good (touch slow at times). Breakfast was in the excellent looking Steak House attached to the Hotel and, as I've said before, doesn't particularly represent good value at £11.99 each per day but for convenience it's perfect. But where this hotel really comes into it's own class is the location, it's about 2 min walk from the Underground station and small shopping area and only a 5 min walk from Hammersmith Odeon. It's also right in heart of Hammersmith, which has really cleaned it's act up recently, and therefore right near a great choice of pubs and restaurants and only 8 stops from Piccadilly Circus on the Piccadilly line and easily reached in about 20 mins from Kings Cross on the Hammersmith & City line. I now honestly believe that this will be our Go-To London hotel because I really couldn't fault this one. If I'm being really critical my one tiny complaint may well be the price we paid (£229 for 2 nights, room only) but it was September, there were events at the Odeon and it was my choice to pay it and considering there was underground closures all weekend, it would have been a utter nightmare getting back to anywhere else after the gigs. So for location and convenience it was absolutely perfect and I've checked their prices for other weekends and its much lower. We will be back soon, certainly in Jan 2025 where we already have another night booked here.

Perfect location and the friendliest of staff in london . Housekeeping was superb - beautifully presented and organised . Brilliant place to stay thanks to Iowela the housekeeping manageress for looking after us - a brilliant place to stay for food/ concerts and the tube access

Easy check in managed to get in early too. Clean room very comfy bed and great location close to tube and pubs. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely return. Slept very well and room was nice and dark so didnt get woken up by sunlight coming through.

Comfy beds, friendly staff and early check in - totally wonderful stay! Such a central location and whisper quiet rooms with hot breakfast. Great!

Very quiet. Could not hear any noise from the busy street below my room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Clean. Friendly staff. Fantastic location so close the the underground and perfect for getting directly to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line. Would like tissues provided and biscuits and bottled water. None are provided in standard room.

We were in London to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had shows and meals booked. This hotel is great for its location as it is close to so many transport links. The staff are great. The rooms are comfortable. We had a great stay. A special mention must go to the staff, especially the wonderful receptionist who checked us in and clocked we were visiting in London to celebrate our wedding anniversary and made our stay extra special. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Small acts of kindness can mean so much.

Great warm welcome. A really well located hotel just a few yards from Hammersmith Tube (but no noise at all, room lovely and quiet) at a very reasonable price and delivers what I need as a business traveller. The week before I had stayed in a "luxury, boutique" hotel at a cost of £288 per night (not me paying, company and this was on our corporate rate list) but I was much, much happier and more satisfied with Premier Inn at less than that for two nights.

I chance upon this place after i recce it in March this year. I usually stayed at HolidayInn or LUMA, hammersmith, for the past 3 years when i have to visit London for work. This hotel was reasonably priced, and a short walking distance from the u/ground station. I love the cleanliness of the room and toilet, and i must say the rooms were pretty spacious (compare to Holidayinn or LUMA).I will certianly return back for my future stay, when i need to go London for work.
