Fantastic Sunday lunch to celebrate sons's birthday today. The roasts were amazing, and would highly recommend. Service was spot on, very relaxed, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely the place to go for a relaxing Sunday lunch in a beautiful dining room. Thanks to Jess and the team for making it special and organising the pudding ! Will be back

When we arrived at the Rose and Crown we were met by the smiling Staff and we were quickly introduced to our spacious and well equiped rooms. The breakfast card had several courses to choose among and everyone was prepared individually and the quality was high. After spending the night in central London it was very relaxing to visit the popular and well visited Pub at the hotel before going to bed. The staff was kind and it was like it was one big family - so relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely be back if we are going for a weekend to London.

2nd time now at the Rose and Crown. Very friendly and helpful. We needed to drop luggage early and talk thro parking arrangements - always tricky in london/Wimbledon. Fran was so helpful. A great bubbly personality, good humoured and sorted things so quickly. Thank you. The room was also lovely, nicely sized with aircon and very snazzy electrically operated sink and shower taps Another great stay.

Yet another fantastic stay at our favourite boutique hotel. All staff were so helpful. A special mention for Aggie & her colleauges at the housekeeping department who go over & above their job their job requirements to make us feel at home. The breakfast continues to be excellent under the careful eye of Jetta. We did miss Nicky & Freddy who were off in their new camper van! However, Faye deputised admirably.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. As we were driving down to visit Wimbledon tennis courts for a tour we emailed and asked if we could park the car earlier than checking in. No problem at all and given the best directions to get there. Room itself was brilliant and far superior to a premier inn. Loved the biscuits and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We managed to resist the honesty box. (If we’d stayed longer we wouldn’t have managed to resist!) Fantastic quality room and such a comfortable bed. The food - 10/10. Home cooked and as good as I get at home. (Husband is a chef so we are both picky but the evening meal and breakfast was outstanding.) Will we we back - too right! Ps Faye on reception was so friendly and knowledgable and I do hope she keeps her promise of a Rafa Nadal photo!

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Wimbledon Village. Our room was lovely with an extremely comfortable bed. Very clean and modern decor. Complementary variety of tea in the room plus a Nespresso coffee machine. The staff were very friendly. Great breakfast choice. A lively and happy pub. There is an outside area at the rear which was very pleasant to relax in. The pub also has a customer car park. In the village there are many individual shops, cafes, restaurant and bars. Nearby access to Wimbledon Common.

This hotel is exceptional. I stay here regularly for work and always look forward to my stay. The rooms are nice and welcoming, with comfortable beds and well-thought-out snacks (homemade shortbread to go with the extensive selection of teas and coffee, and a wide choice of sweet and savoury snacks to buy). The team are all so friendly and helpful too. Lovely atmosphere throughout - and particular shout-out to the lady serving breakfasts with a smile (Betta?). The number of regular guests they have staying whenever I am there is a testament to how special this place is. I'm always disappointed when they are fully booked and I end up staying anywhere else in Wimbledon!

The staff were unfailing helpful and made our stay a pleasure. The room was spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well! Lots of extra touches eg the jar of shortbread biscuits. Service for a meal for 10 was well done and the food was delicious.

I've stayed here many times. The rooms are comfortable & spacious. The staff are very pleasant & helpful. The breakfast is excellent quality. The traditional old pub, real ale, food & location are all great. Overall good value for money. The only small improvements I'd like, ideally, would be: cleaning the AC units (dusty), minimising bin noise early in the morning, and a fridge in the room.
