Kingsland Hotel

The hotel is not that far but around 40 min by metro to any place in the center, so is still but you need to count with that extra travel time in your holidays schedule. About the hotel, the rooms are quite good and clean. Just smalls toilets and showers but as almost all hotels around. I would just say that is in a roundabout so kite busy and cars noice if your windows are open, if not is ok. The personal was really kind and seems they are 24hours in the place and quite disponible. We stayed two nights and they gave given new towers for the second day. The neighborhood is calm around, but with supermarkets and restaurants. Definitely, a good price quality relation.

In this hotel, you definitely get what you paid for. I paid just £60 for a night - and it showed!! Bedding was clean on top of mismatched divan beds and stained headboards. Towels were clean to use in a very small shower/toilet covered in black mould and lime scale. Curtains and net curtains did not cover the windows adequately and carpet heavily stained. Walls showed lots of marks of wear and tear and all areas of the room need a refresh. Communal areas sparse but clean and well maintained.

Was booked in for 3 nights Monday to Thursday morning arrived 440am Tuesday morning after working night shift me and my son 2 rooms booked was greeted outside hotel with someone smoking pot turns out it was the night guy at reception very rude Asian guy really bad attitude gave him our booking reference still insisted we needed to show our ID even though we were in orange hi vi trousers and top he said company haven’t paid for room yet just booked it that’s not true it gets paid through network rail’s account was told we needed to pay the full amount worked out £375 hotel is a real shambles would not stay ere for free horrible staff rooms terrible we were sent out of hotel we ended up sleeping in car till afternoon then drove home while we were arguing in reception 2 families left the hotel because of all noise and smell off *****

Booked this hotel for my friends to stay at after a concert. Hotel is a good distance away from underground. Only a 4 minute ride on tube to Wembley Park where we went for the concert. Able to request early check in as well. Breakfast isn’t included but you do get a discount voucher for a Wetherspoons down the street from the hotel. Near supermarkets and eating establishments. Checking in was easy and staff were friendly. However, the hotel room wasn’t great. Carpets were not very clean. Dirt marks were visible on the carpet. There were 8 plug sockets in the room and only 2 of them worked. The bathroom is small and does have mould on the walls. Room does get extremely warm even with windows open, you do get given a fan but we couldn’t use this as the only working plug sockets were not in a place where a fan could be plugged in. It is noisy outside but this is no fault of the hotel. If you’re just wanting a place to put your head for a night, then the hotel is fine. If you’re wanting to stay in the hotel for a trip then wouldn’t recommend and may be better to pay but extra for a different hotel.

Kingsland is the most clean, comfortable, cost effect hotel for a 3 star hotel! We had a very peaceful night and would definitely stay there again! It's located close to shops and restaurants - in walking distance. The staff are professional and friendly. Parking available on site. An economical, hotel gem!! Jenny and Durvan

Rooms a good size & location good for tube but anything else well....staff couldn't give a damn about complaints just a feeble "sorry about that" even when shown the state of the room, rooms proper grotty & dirty, mouldy shower, god knows what sprayed alll over the bed base not even covered with a valance, big hole in net curtain, furniture neglected and also reported broken shower and was told it would be fixed whilst we were out & wasn't 🙄..stayed previously and had no problems but we definitely won't be back again!!
