Không phải là một kỳ nghỉ tồi tệ nhưng một vài vấn đề. Ở trong một phòng đơn ở tầng trệt. Khăn trải giường sạch sẽ. Căn phòng không tệ ngoại trừ căn phòng có mùi thuốc lá. Nhà vệ sinh và phòng tắm được dùng chung, nhưng bồn rửa mặt ở trong phòng, rất tiện lợi. Vấn đề là Wi-Fi của khách sạn. Tôi muốn kết nối một số thiết bị với Wi-Fi, nhưng vì lý do nào đó tôi không thể kết nối. Điện thoại thông minh của lễ tân có thể kết nối với Wi-Fi, vì vậy tôi không chắc tại sao mình không thể kết nối. Rốt cuộc, nó đột ngột được kết nối vào sáng hôm sau. Mặc dù vậy, đôi khi tôi không thể kết nối và điều đó thật căng thẳng. Chúng tôi thưởng thức bữa sáng kiểu Anh theo kiểu tự chọn. Địa điểm là gần trạm xe buýt. Sân vận động Wembley cách đó khoảng 40 phút đi bộ và nó nằm trong khoảng cách đi bộ.

The room (double ensuite) was of bad smell especially on opening the bathroom door or using it …. Very strong bad smell however I was away from the shared bathroom …the boiler was unclean at alll ..really disgusting🤮🤮🤮 😫 but the bed was goood as well as the very good location

工作人員很熱情，周圍設施也便利。就是住的房間裏沒有窗户，有點壓抑，觀察了一下好像酒店衹有一間房是沒窗户的，希望大家都不要選到這間。

The hotel is a typical London budget hotel, reception looks fine, but rooms, although clean are very tired, the restaurant was closed, all outside areas closed. Not many options for food and drink without getting a cab. Could be an amazing property if the owners invested in the place.

This place really needs some renovation and needs to shut down until it does. Nothing is up to standard and I wonder how places like these are even allowed to be open. In the 2 rooms I've seen (I asked to change the first one because it was just gross) the carpet was damaged and smelly; there was mould and damp on the walls, the furniture was old, dirty and generally in a state that you don't really want to touch anything. Curtains and windows were dirty and the room was way too hot, despite turning the heating off and opening the window. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and the tv on top of the wardrobe was so tiny and in a state that I didn't even consider turning it on. The shared bathrooms showed signs of some sort of regular cleaning, but the standards are appalling. There was grim and limescales everywhere and no soap. Showers are small and don't work well (I tested 3 before choosing the "best"), and even there you might happen to touch things you don't want to. To be honest it's also the people being there that don't care much about the place (probably because of the way it looks), which makes it even less pleasant. The person running the place was kind and tried to help to a certain extent, but this didn't compensate for the horrible service you get overall. Luckily it was just for one night (I wouldn't have chosen it for longer, in the first place), but the price is way too much for what you get, including the location, which is not the best.

We expected a better kept and cleaner hotel. Didn't look like the pictures. The gentleman at reception was kind was walked us to our room.

Clean and warm, I slept well. The place could do with a lick of paint. Single rooms on the front of the hotel suffer from road noise but the rooms to the rear are quiet in my experience. Front counter staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Room felt dirty, bed was uncomfortable, shower had to be turned off by staff because it would ONLY turn on. The bathroom wasn't even in the room. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The first staff person was rude, the second was alright. I've been to many hotels around the world and this might be top 2 worst I've ever stayed in. We couldn't help but laugh at how bad it seemed

We had no hot water our first night, it wasn't ideally not being able to have a shower after travelling. Staff were helpful, good location, free parking was a big plus and the breakfast was very good.
