Excellent food and generous portions. The roast chicken was very tender served with a good selection of vegetables. The roast beef was enjoyed as well. Dessert was great too-a mixture of Eton Mess, sticky toffee pudding and apple crumble, plus various sorbets and ice-creams. Thank you!

I had the most wonderful time at the restaurant/pub at The William IV NW10. My server was absolutely superb and the interior of the dining area is immaculately designed and well-kept. I had the bangers & mash and a beer and it was seriously the best meal I had while in England. Can't wait to go back and try the other three Loci establishments. Highly recommended, and as a bit of trivia, a scene from Peep Show was filmed at this location! Visit if you can.

This was a gem of a place. The staff are very friendly and the service is top notch. The food is amazing and the rooms comfy. Very near a tube station so location isn’t an issue. The breakfast is the best I have tasted. Very impressive and I would defo come back.

The worst place I have stayed in within the UK. The room was dimly lit and I almost tripped upon entering. The mattress is way past its end of life date and provided little support. The staff had to stand on it to replace the light bulb and it was like jumping on a trampoline. Housekeeping is very sloppy - there were pieces of flaked off skin on the bed and bedsheet was not tucked in properly on Day 2 after 'cleaning'. There was an unpleasant odour in the room. The bathroom sink is too narrow and water splashes everywhere when you turn on the tap. Management did not bother to fix the wobbly toilet paper holder and the toilet roll kept threatening to fall off. When I complained to the staff, I was told I was free to move out. It is a stupid response considering I had already paid in full. Good luck to you if you are on the top floor - many flights of stairs to climb.

The room I had (number 8 ) at William IV's Guest House was perfect with generous floorspace, big comfy bed and a great shower room. I also ate in the pub and really enjoyed their chicken dish of the day. The staff were helpful and friendly even though I arrived close to closing time. I liked it so much, I stayed a second night. I was very sad not to be able to have breakfast on my last morning as I had to leave very early. I wanted a repeat of the granola with yogurt and fruit compote. Yummy!

Excellent find. Top rated service all round, the staff could not have been more helpful. The lady who checked us in did so with a smile and answered all our questions with patience. Food in the evening was fantastic and the overall stay was pretty good

Best value for money I’ve had in all my years. The staff made me feel really special. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great. I felt at home. Whenever I need a spot in London, this will be my go-to. 10/10. Couldn’t recommend more. (Ps. they didn’t even ask me to leave a review… I’m just doing it because they deserve it)

Id like to start off by saying a huge thank you for the hospitality displayed during my short stay. The attention to detail, convenience, comfortability, and genuine caring nature of all staff was commendable. Dare I say, it was immaculate. It is effortlessly proven that a hotel that is 3 star can as much be a contender with one that is 5 star. So, thank you. No negatives . A few cob webs and no fridge in the rooms . Other than that great food , warm location , clean and spacious room ! And as a travel agent I will definitely recommend to my clients !! ( this is not a bias review as they never knew who I was until after )

This is the second time I have stayed here at this hotel and I am again very pleased with my stay, the breakfast on my first day was delicious,cooked to order. My room was good, nice hot shower and comfortable bed. I did not have the opportunity to eat in the pub, however it did look inviting. The guesthouse is also very convenient for Kensal Rise, and all its amenities. Will be back.
