The pool was closed and not in service. To compare with others hotels in downtown London, price for the room was not worth. There was nothing special.

帶孩子來比賽，圖的是位置，在市中心，周邊消費商店不錯，外觀設計有特色，房間很大，就是酒店有點歷史，內裝修再升級就更好了

洗手間櫃子裏面的塵沒有抹乾凈 空調聲音太大了 housekeeping必須要提出要求才能得到服務 但是酒店工作人員態度不錯

This hotel has a lot of character - it's an old armory building that they converted. The dining area and also the pool are in the old armory section. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful room and very kind staff. Food and beverages were overpriced, but that is expected at a hotel. The room rate was also a bit high. Otherwise, a very nice clean well run facility.

A gorgeous hotel. I think that adding an outdoor patio and some nice trees would add alot to the location.

Such an amazing hotel to stay in London downtown. Breakfast, cleaniness, staff and valet services all are excellent quality.

This was a wonderful stay! From the valet to the front desk staff an absolute great experience aside from the false fire alarm which was dealt with very professionally in a timely manner.

Welcomed warmly and with courtesy. Room was clean and quiet. Within walking distance of Budweiser Gardens.

We loved the property, beautiful views, amazing staff. What I didn't like was the pool said there was a hot tub and there was not. Other then that had a great stay!

We enjoyed our staff.although it is an older hotel, our room was very nice and spacious. It is located nice and close to Budweiser venue so we were able to walk to our event. We were also able to walk to the outdoor skating rink and market which was very nice. Although we didnt have time for the brunch buffet...it was huge and looked amazing.
