The room had a strong smoking smell that lingered throughout my stay, even though I requested a non-smoking room. It was pretty off-putting. Additionally, the noise level was unbearable at night. I could hear people in the hallway and outside talking loudly well into the early hours, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Such a great time! The staff was great and everything was clean.

Overnight stay. Nice breakfast on site Wish we could have taken advantage of beautiful resort like atrium with pool and hot tub and cream palm trees.

When we arrived I'm not sure they read how many people - I had to ask for more wrist bands. We called and asked for more pillows for our room considering we had 4 people at 9 - 930 we called and asked how long they'd be and if I could go pick them up so the kids would go to bed... they said no I couldn't and that she'd ask them again. No pillows arrived. Breakfast we went to the restaurant. Waited in line, were told we had to wait till they cleared tables as a few were just finishing up. As we waited we read the menus so we'd be ready. Another table the same size came after, they sat them first. I had to ask again to be seated. We had to continue to wait.

Nice indoor pool, very clean.

訂的房間雖然靠游泳池比較近，但是晚上睡覺也非常安靜。
