Hotel Grand Visava

Location: This hotel is situated in the main road, which makes it easy to find. Main attractions of the city are close by. Also, there are a number of restaurants and chikki centers within 1km range, however, this part of town gets really crowded and faces a lot of traffic jams. Facility: Ample parking space. Good reception area. Restaurant has good seating arrangements. Swimming pool is medium sized and clean. Spa center also looks good. Games area is fine, but pool table, foosball table, air hockey table are in poor condition, which should be well maintained. Gym is also poorly ***aged. Hospitality: staff is courteous and helpful. They try to solve the issues as soon as possible. Room: ours was a twin bed room, it was neat and clean. Bathroom was also tidy, however, there was some strange smell which they failed to rectify because as per them, they received too much guests socit was not able to do so. Also, absence of fridge in hot summer days was a huge disappointment. Pillows were too big for a normal person to relax and sleep. Food. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. I had boiled eggs, egg bhurji, cut fruit, sheera and tea. Main course looked a little costly, so we decided to skip it. Overall a good experience despite few lows.

The hotel left a bad taste on our departure and thus the poor rating. They accommodated our requested of rooms with a view. To begin with when we arrived in the afternoon and sat in the restaurant for evening tea… we requested a tea pot with ginger and cardamom. To our surprise… we got boiled water, milk , sugar … separate. That too after a wait of 40 mins. The girl who took the order blamed the kitchen, the maitre d blamed the girl. Funny and bad! The bar upstairs is empty… with sharp edged table that tore my dress. He did not have whiskies neither wanted to take corkage. The spa is worse… no pressure no hot water no sauna and no music.. no relaxation. So we had already called beforehand and asked for 12 noon check out, received a confirmation from Siddhi (receptionist). 11:15 am the phone rang in the room and a guy with a co**** voice started asking us to vacate the room… he said ‘It’s 11:15 … u have gone above 15 mins. Leave the room now’. We told him that it’s already been spoken multiple times that we will leave at 12 noon and the guy just did not listen. He said ‘I am the senior.’ The conversation got so heated that we said once we come down we will discuss the extra cost for the so called delay! And to our surprise when we went down, Siddhi was alone at the front desk and all she did was apologise. Mystery senior *** who spoiled the whole experience. We will not be going back to this place. It is well located but service needs massive improvement as it is inconsistent. Sometimes it is great sometimes it is worst. Pillows are too fluffy and rooms are clean.

We stayed for 2 nights in grand visava hotel, lonavla. It was good time for us staying in this hotel. Rooms are very good maintained. All staff in this hotel are really very kind and generous. We had good hospitality. Breakfast included is very good. Food is good but very costly.

one of the best place in lonavala Rrichmond hotels & villa its in old mumbai hwy lonavala.. Property was so amazing room was so wonderful here .. The rooms are really good , fresh linen and towels good job by housekeeping . They have play zone u can enjoy games They have pool too .. The rooms was so comfortable and nice . Recently visited  RRICHMOND HOTEL by Grand Vistara. It's a lovely property. They have 38rooms out of which 3 suits, 2 super deluxe, 33 Deluxe rooms. Theu havr in-house  Veg restaurant named as Reventa.  Bar and Restaurant lounge by Liquid library bar & Restaurant . Banquet hall with 250 person capacity and mini banquet with 50 person capacity. The hotel lobby is illuminated with a soft and welcoming light, as if it were a sunshine in gentle pastel hue. The hotel lobby has a clean efficiency, yet is welcoming all the same The hotel was the perfect array of homey hues, for they gave a sense of home away from home, of a place of nurturing safety. The room was as perfect as a fine English tea of small cakes. The rooms were every shade of luxury from the comfortable beds to the jacuzzi bathrooms. All rooms have a large marble bathroom, a double bed, air conditioning, an additional work area with free internet access and a walk-in closet. The staff had one of those smiles, and such a calm way of speaking, that he set the right ambiance for the meal to come. All the wonderful aromas of the breakfast and the coffee. the restaurant was all about fine dining. After a long day of traveling, there’s nothing like a refreshing dip in the pool. we’ve rounded up the most exquisite pool in rrichmond hotel. With gorgeous designs and indulgent features, these luxurious hotel pool took an afternoon swim to another level. I booked this hotel per reviews from google and Tripadvisor. However, the experience was completely different. Situated on main road and parking space is only pros here. 1. Went for lunch after check-in. And waited for 30 minutes + to get the rice we ordered after main course. Given order 2 times still no response. Finally went outside and had food. 2. Check-out timing are very “strict” here. You need to vacate at 10am or they will charge for half day price. I checked with their staff and he confirmed the same. Front desk is useless. They don’t have courtesy to talk to customer or help them out. Overall ruined my day
