Rhythm Lonavala - An All Suite Resort

Really nice resort with a great swimming pool and fun activities. Really liked the fun zone that housed pool, TT, foosball, among other activities. Alapan, FunZone stuff was really nice and took care of the premises really well. Loved our stay!

It was beyond my expectation. I must say that the entire staff of this place is so kind and humble. One of the best property in Lonavala to explore. Special thanks to Mr. Jitendra who is like a back bone for any help. Highly recommend this property to explore.

Start with the good part: we got a free room upgrade on our booking which was pretty awesome. The property is pretty small but very pretty to look at, especially at night. They could plan more activities like live singing etc. We also visited the Tungarli lake which is like 10 mins away from the property. You can enjoy a good sunrise there! The property is right in the main road and hence you won't get much nature to enjoy hence the lake visit was a bonus. The breakfast and the restaurant food was pretty good. We also loved the gym and library vibes. Although the gym could have been kept neater. Over all it was a good stay although a lot if things can improve. The room cleanliness can be better, there were hair lying around in the bathroom and the sink in the living room near the coffee table was clogged when we used it. The coffee cups were smelling a bit and the coffee and tea container definitely needs an upgrade. There is no convenient place for hair and makeup outside the washroom, I was hoping for a good mirror with a plug nearby. There needs to be fan in the balcony as it gets very hot! At the breakfast the plates were unclean and people were visibly struggling with that. A nice quick get away closer to the city. With these improvements, if implemented, would definitely recommend!

No coffee pouches in room, no tissues either. At lunch time in restaurant, I had a rather traumatic time when I kept waiting endlessly for my food to arrive, with no clear ETA & staff consistently saying, sir 5 more mins. In evening I realised Wi-Fi not working, they sent a person to check in who confirmed the device in room is dead with no signals and he needs multiple trips to check few things. After 2 visits I said to him I am fine with Mobile internet as I was done by that time. Amidst all dis, bathroom lock jammed and housekeeping had to come to unlock it clearly indicating poor maintenance of locks. At dinner, I scanned the QR code only to find out only 2-3 items available for dinner, while I call the restaurant, thy suggest I note down the menu as recent upgrades had a glitch and QR shows limited menu and hard copies of it are not present in rooms. At checkout, hotel staff mentions why I didn’t join the housie last evening with complimentary tea, I replied I never knew, to my surprise he says we had sent Whatsapp communications, and again to his surprise staff at checkout counter cudn’t verify or answer that whatsapp or email or sms communications were sent to all guests. It was more of a game we played all through with hotel staff calling for one thing or the other.

The experience is so good and feels very light. Also room service is very nice and food is awesome Housekeeping staff Masum and sahil Doing very well feel us so comfortable also in night staff moin doing good service Thanks Rhythm
