The hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, it was a very private place.
The infinity pool over looking the sea was perfect. The staff were friendly, food was excellent. I definitely recommend this place.

The 'advertising photos' are misleading (obviously taken sometime ago !!) - the property is delapidated and dirty - if you stay here, you will be isolated halfway up a mountain next to a major construction works - we were shocked when we arrived and had to get a taxi out of there (refund of the pre-payment was refused !!) - there are far better hotels just down the coast (and on the beach) just down the coast towards Sengigi

I have so much praise and appreciation. Unfortunately we could not get to Lombok due to poor weather conditions and I was supported and fully refunded. This is not the norm and my family were very appreciative of the kindness and understanding shown.

The hotel on the whole is nice and the care taking crew are v hospitable. However I must mentioned that when I booked the hotel, there was a clause on airport transfer service at a cost of IDR450000. When I wanted to book, I was told the cost was IDR1000000. Also there was a Fine Print on the hotel website that stated that if you stay there for 3 nights, there would be a free return speedboat transfer to the Gilis. But when I was there, the hotel crew checked with his off site manager who told him that it’s no longer applicable. What a dampener & disappointment. Would it be SO difficult for you to take down from the web anything that NO longer applies. It kinda spoilt the image of the hotel too!

Tout était parfait ! Vue exceptionnelle Très grande chambre tout confort Seul point un peu négatif le restaurant qui ne propose pas beaucoup de choix Loin des commerces et agitation donc idéal pour se reposer Toute l’équipe était accueillante et très sympathique Surtout Kip toujours souriant Il nous a réservé des activités MERCI Kip

de toegangsweg naar het hotel is heel steil, kan niet met auto en is gevaarlijk met scooter.lopen is eigenlijk de beste optie

Très bon séjour : les chambres sont charmantes, propres et grandes. Vue magnifique sur les îles Gili et grande piscine à débordement très agréable et propre ! Le personnel de l’hôtel est efficace, disponible et poli On recommande vivement !
