Large, spacious and very well located holiday cottage with swimmingpool, whirlpool and sauna in Nr. Lyngby. The house was built in 1971, extended in 1993 and last modernisedin 2008. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room, five bedrooms,mezzanine, two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, 4-personwhirlpool, swimming pool with slide and small childrens pool and alarge open terrace.Also, there is both solar heating and air-to-air heat pump, so thatenergy costs are kept to an absolute minimum. The decor is with anemphasis on comfort and well-being. The result is a well-planned house,where besides being with the family in the living quarters you willprobably spend considerable time in the large pool area.Around the house is approx. 80 m² open terrace.
