Boutique Hotel's III

Barely 1 star hotel let alone 3. The main purpose of a hotel is a place to rest and sleep - you will be unable to do that here. The walls are beyond thin, they may as well be a hologram. You will hear your neighbours and people at far ends of the hallways constantly, the bed will be old and uncomfortable and you will have to stay in a filthy room (walls and floors covered in stains, hairs in the bed), along with the silver fish pets. There is no shampoo, conditioner, separate shower gel, vanity set etc that you would expect from a 3 star Hotel which this one claims to be - there is only generic soap which is stored at the sink and in the shower - the insides do not look like they have ever been cleaned. I would encourage visitors to go to lidl and buy their own toiletries. Breakfast was pretty standard but they often forget to turn on the coffee machines so you will need to ask. The staff are very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the hotel itself is very very poor quality. Additionally I would encourage people to read the reviews posted on popular booking sites that the hotel deleted by using Archive.com.

一人で一泊でしたがお部屋も広くバスルームもしっかりしてて過ごしやすかったです。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもして頂けました。 またチェックアウト後でしたがちょっとした個人のトラブルの相談も乗っていただき助かりました。フロントの方の対応が良かったです。 ただ、フロントに行くまで階段しかなくエレベーターがなかったので大きいキャリーを持ってた女子一人では大変だったので入り口に行くまでのエレベーターがなかったのが少し残念でしてがそれ以外は満足です。

A lot of noise from neighboring rooms and construction noise on daily bases. I spent 6 nights and never seen a room maid cleaning my room or changing my towels or reorganize my bed.

The hotel is basic but in a good way. If you were in the uk this would be a premier inn or travel lodge. The rooms are small but have everything that you need. The shower was powerful and very refreshing. The location is excellent for all the restaurants and shops of Łódź. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. Parking can be a bit of a pain to find but once you know where it is it is easy. The only real downside is that it is located next to a building site, this however was not a problem as we were there over the weekend and their was no activity on site.

Location is fine but downhill from there. No hot water in shower, thin walls so just hope that the person in the next room does not snore. No lamps, just bright ceiling light and nowhere to sit in the room except on the bed. The decor is from the late eighties and the breakfast room is as depressing as they get.

Very pleasant 3 night stay. Perfect location. Hotel clean and well presented. No servicing of the room due to Covid so can't comment on that, but it was more than adequate, with tea, coffee, water etc provided and an optional breakfast. Would stay again.

Room facing the wall. In the room 15-18 degrees Celsius. There are better hotels nearby for the price.
