Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!We have an indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a lukewarm temperature (about 84 degrees). Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages★ CONSTRUCTION:There is few construction going on near us with noise and muddy road on some occasions.★ REFUNDS:We don't offer refund due to weather, natural disaster/during major holiday or circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.★ Dollywood Christmas Schedule and HoursDollywood Smoky Mountain Christmas runs from Nov. 6th to Jan 2nd.For the Christmas season, Dollywood is open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays. During the week of Christmas, Dollywood is open for these days, but they are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (please check Dollywood's operating schedule).If you'd like to celebrate New Year's Eve at Dollywood, the park will be open until 9 pm on Dec. 31st.
