never make the mistake of booking this place!! believe all the bad reviews you read. i don’t have a clue how this place is rated 4 stars, i wouldn’t even rate it a 2 star. staff really rude, rooms filthy, got bitten to death by bed bugs. food inedible. nothing for children to do, pools are filthy and i didn’t see them be cleaned even once. only upside is they did supply fresh towels daily. i paid for all inclusive and went out to eat every day i was there. will never be returning again.

Lovely hotel. Staff are all so nice and helpful. Very clean, maids go above and beyond. Room left so fresh and clean everyday. Clean towels everyday. Reception staff really helpful, our transfere was not on the notice board, I tried calling no joy, spoke in Spanish then English but I really couldn't make out what they said. The girl on reception was on it straight away and got all sorted. Very approachable staff in all departments. Food was good to, as one of my friends is so so picky.You will not go hungry, good variety. Heard people complain..... Come on, you wouldn't be having 2 meats and fish at home as well as salad and soup. Plus there is a snack bar with crisps and icecream, burger and hotdog and sandwiches, nuts etc. The drink was spot on to. Would definately go back. Only complaints are no music around the pool area, no one comes out to tell you abt bingo etc at pool area and the toilets, having to go down stairs. I still had an amazing holiday at Villa Garbi Park with my 2 friends and will defo go back.

I read all the reviews about this hotel and it gave me a mixed response for my stay. I arrived on Thursday after a 3hr delay and the staff were very friendly on arrival. I went to my room in a very small lift and was very grateful. I didn’t have much luggage. My room was tidy and clean. The food is at poor quality. I have allergies of dairy and wheat and unfortunately there is no information on cooking styles. It’s of poor buffet choices, the chips look like they have been left since probably what didn’t get used at lunch. It’s not a bad hotel, it is really for the youngsters. I have been woken up in the early hours of the morning. When people are getting back after a hefty session in the local nightclubs.

Stayed here on the 19th of September the rooms are ok the cleaning is ok the food was good then bar snacks were very poor overall this would be a 3 star you get wot you pay for we had a good time but if you are looking for a luxury 4 Star this is not it there are better hotels on over just pay a little more

Bed bugs and blood stains on bed, bar staff are very rude and unwelcoming, will do anything to get you to pay for food/drink even though you’ve already spent thousands on all inclusive. The food included in all inclusive is horrendous, no variety. Full of students right by party ***** but displayed as a family hotel. Asked for fresh bedding and got told had to wait 4 nights. Not for kids and families or couples looking to unwind and relax.

If you have any concerns with cleanliness don’t book here… Location wise perfect if you are aged 18-30 every night club and “Charlie” offered on the doorstep of this hotel (so perfect) We were a couple in our 40s looking to unwind with what is a busy work/life back home… It’s actually laughable we booked here thinking it was a four star hotel… Absolutely filthy , unfriendly exceptionally rude reception staff (we complained first night that our room was filthy with hairs on sheets and bath tiles to be told “here’s new bed sheets go change them” I could go on forever but I won’t If you’re ok with bed bugs , dirty walls , views then go ahead and book here you won’t be disappointed.

It was a total nightmare our room was super dirty, we had dirty sheets. There was blood on my pillow, a stain on the matras, mold in the bathroom, dead bugs on the ceiling and even a gum was sticking to the wall. We asked for a new room but this was not possible, instead they offered to clean it, but it was still dirty and my pillow was still the same as was the matras. And the food was even worse, breakfast looked like it was laying around there for already a month or so. It was so worse we needed to go to a new hotel, because the staff didn't want to help us and couldn't see what the problem was. If you choose all-in you can also order from 11am-11pm which was never said beforehand.

This is NOT for family , it is for party people , young groups of lads and girls . Would not go out in the evening so sat in the room . Groups of lads chanting all evening from the balcony kept the granddaughter a wake !! . Food wasn't great but we got by on what we could . If you want to party it's a ideal place . Please think twice before you take children. Rooms clean , noise level was to much .
