Lovely room, comfortable beds, pool area very well maintained and no shortage of sun beds. Good choice at buffet and you had to queue at busy times. Raimon at reception desk was lovely. Very courteous and helpful.

Hotel was super amazing. Loved the amenities and staff was really helpful. Best part was the breakfast spread. Both pools were great as well. The construction seems very new as all the furniture in room were in top condition. I felt the only downside during our trip was the in-house disco event for our day of visit. It was quite dull( but that’s something specific to the performer, I guess). Overall will definitely recommend staying here for the amazing experience.

This hotel caters to large groups of working class Europeans on holiday. As a consequence it is a noisy, crowded and frequently unpleasant place to stay. Some staff treat guests badly, issuing instructions and orders about where to sit, what is included and what is “extra”. It reminded me of a very strict school or even a prison where the staff are the wardens and guests are the inmates. So interaction between staff and guests is consistently disrespectful, verging on rude. Parking is very expensive and inconvenient. Do not stay here if you have a car. There are nice pools, but they are not heated and so aren’t able to be used. Food is of a reasonable standard but is served in a basement institutional cafeteria that again is reminiscent of a school/prison. While the higher category rooms are large and have well-appointed bathrooms, they lack basic amenities like luggage racks and desks/tables and have design flaws that are annoying like a closet door that can’t be opened because a wall mounted television blocks it.

We did not feel particularly welcome. We were confused about the meal service and could not get a straight answer about it. When we asked about a place to eat nearby they just suggested the restaurant in the hotel but then told us it wasn’t open. The location was great and the beds were comfortable. The room was fine but starting to show some wear and tear. Overall ok but maybe not a great place for Americans?

Absolute superb hotel, everything top notch from rooms to food to drinks prices to staff. Brilliant stay

Negatives: - near a very busy roundabout, so when at the swimming pool on the ground floor, the noise is very dominant. - very expensive hotel parking in a nearby garage, 24€/day. - loud housekeeping, from early in the morning. Sleeping in is not really an option. - although announced, no action taken against the reservation of sunbeds. - often long lines at the buffet, because of wrong set up. Also cleaning of tables took too long. - too many large groups during our stay - expensive spa, no promotions for hotel guests. - lack of toiletries (conditioner, body lotion, shower cap, ...) - some issues with housekeeping entering our room unwanted and unannounced from time to time Positives: - location: in the city center overlooking the sport park, away from the busy and noisy '*****', about 10 minutes from the beach. - adults only section on the rooftop. - food and presentation thereof, everyday good variety of fresh meat and fish. - TV with chromecast option - very good wi-fi - security guard at the door I believe this is one of the better hotel options in Lloret, but the 'superior' experience was definitely missing.

Hotel was well located, spotless clean and the staff nice. The reception staff were especially nice and helpful.The restaurant was clean but quite manic at times, the range of food was okay with show cooking stations but the food especially at breakfast was often only lukewarm. The rooftop pool and bar was great.

Great hotel, will stay again. Very modern and clean with a great rooftop pool and bar. Comfy beds and plenty of room. Champagne served with breakfast, what's not to like? My only two criticisms (they wouldn't stop me from booking again) are: *You can hear all the other rooms around you very clearly. The air vent in the room appears to be joined to other rooms so you can clearly hear everyone else on your floor, as if they are in the room. Not great at 3am when you're trying to sleep. *The toilet is seperate from the main bedroom by a piece of glass. Make sure you're very comfortable with your partners toilet habits as you're about to experience it all. Like I say, great hotel. Good location, good food, great facilities, very helpful staff. Oh, free champagne at breakfast too ;)

Lovely hotel, great room (with excellent lighting), beautiful roof top terrace and pool which is much quieter than the main pool area, excellent breakfast. Only slightly annoying thing is the pool areas are only opened at 10am, whereas I like to sit in the sun earlier before it gets too hot. Impressed that a small fault with the shower was fixed immediately. All round a great visit and I will happily return
