Should be 1 star at most. We travelled as a family group, 5 adults and 1 child on All Inclusive package. We had 1 superior room for 1 adult that did not have a pool view (there is no superior rooms with a pool view if you book as a single traveller) and 2 standard double rooms with pool view. This hotel needs a complete update and review of the clientele they want to attract. Some areas are dangerous and I don’t know how they are allowed to continue to operate. Out of 7 days 5 were absolutely a nightmare as there were 100’s and I’m not exaggerating there must have been about 500 or more kids there and it was awful. They were dive bombing in the pools, meal times they were taking whole trays of food, they were in the pools at 4am in the morning, running and screaming throughout the hotel and corridors, the adults in charge were just sitting by the bar drinking and smoking! Apparently this hotel caters for large kids groups for sporting events around the area throughout the year. It was awful, we couldn’t get anywhere near the pools and couldn’t use the restaurant either! Pros: Location is very central Always lots of very hot water Room cleaning good considering the poor condition of the rooms We used the hotel baby cot which was a brand new travel cot Despite arriving 4 hours before the 3pm check in, we were given 2 out of 3 of our rooms early (but obviously not the All Inclusive bands until 3pm) Cons: Hotel caters for very large groups of 8 to 15yr olds Very few staff No security at all to stop kids running a muck in pools, restaurants and corridors Superior rooms have better decor but constant drain smell Standard rooms are very dated with dangerous balconies and damp No air conditioning working until July Family & child's pool area not accessible for the disabled or pushchairs No bar open at family/Child's pool area so long way to go for a drink Roof top area closed Sun beds old, dirty and very uncomfortable, you cannot adjust them either No pool towels Graffiti on corridor walls, doors and lifts Pool surrounds dangerous with broken decking and torn fake grass Alcohol contains little or no alcohol, chemically induced You are only allowed 1 small plastic cup of any drink per person a time (if you are a couple/family then everyone has to fetch their own drink), this can take 20mins to get 1 drink as there is a single queuing system in place Daily snacks available in restaurant is extremely poor and not available as advertised Clientele is 90% aged 18 yrs to 20 yrs, not suitable for families or 25 yrs plus Entertainment is very poor at night and nothing during the day Children’s mini club is non existent For British people the TV has just 1 British channel - BBC World News only AIl Inclusive only available between 10.30am and 10.30pm Air conditioning in the standard rooms does not work Electrics tripping out if you use the built in hairdryer in bathrooms Some bar staff are rather abrupt, the blonde woman and old man do not like

Absolutely appalling place. The basic rooms are far less than basic, we arrived late at night and immediately upgraded the room at a cost of 20 euro per night. The reception staff are appalling and not at all helpful. Our upgraded room was satisfactory, clean and comfortable bed but zero frills. The place itself is like a holiday park on a larger scale, mass catering so distinctly average food and a very noisy open plan bar. The only nice part to the bar was during the evenings when some of the residents were able to ballroom dance. This hotel generally caters for the partying masses which during our stay included several huge parties of poorly supervised and badly behaved raucous school kids Some of the behaviour was intimidating to older guests and I imagine to some of the quieter, younger pupils.Hotel staff couldn't have cared less. The noise and chaos in the dining room during this time was such that we went elsewhere to eat. Horrible place won't be going back and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

The worst hotel I have stayed in, this hotel is overrun with noisy teenagers up to 4am in the morning. On one occasion the security guard told them to be quiet and they just ignored him. If you go all exclusive you are treated like second class citizens. The bar staff would serve the paying guest first (hoping to get a tip) the reception staff are very missable, the rooms are very dated. This hotel is a 4 star I don’t know how they got a 4 star ,to me I have stayed in better 3 stars, it’s obviously this hotel is set up for teenagers and not the British holiday maker

Unfortunately I only read the reviews after we had booked the hotel. Have given it a score of 2, but i'd say its a 2.5. Room was OK, everything was clean, beds/airco were surprisingly good & the maids came every day. Check-in was OK, but we had to wait until 3 to check-in, a few more smiles at reception would help!. In fact more smiles from the staff in general would help, but I understand why they are as they are. We only had bed & breakfast, breakfast was OK but not great. Some days the ran out of sausage & bacon even before 09.45. It's OK if you get to breakfast early, I'd recommend being down there before 9 o'clock, at least then its not so busy & most of the younger end have not got up yet so it's relatively quiet. The worst thing about the place is the big groups & I mean big groups, average age is between 17 & 24. They're there to party & you certainly know about it from 4 till 6 in the morning when they start to crawl back to their rooms, it gets very noisy, but considering some of the reviews I have read since we got away quite lightly as we were only woken up 3 nights out of 8. Pool area is OK, again earlier during the day. But when the younger end finally descend it starts to get very busy & loud. The lifeguard should be doing more to stop the ****** diving, bombing & flipping into the pool with no regard for anybody but themselves. Would I return, probably not, I do feel sorry for some of the staff as they do try their best. But the attitude of the younger guest spoils it.

Don't be surprised if drunk men knock on your door and the emergency exit door is open, so the possibility of theft is very high. Also, the hotel did not help in this situation at all. NEVER GO WITH YOUR FAMILY
