Our stay at this hotel was truly dreadful from start to finish. I honestly don’t know how it’s allowed to remain open, given the appalling conditions and lack of care shown to guests. The most shocking aspect of our stay was the hostile atmosphere. There weren’t nearly enough sun loungers to meet the needs of the guests, which created constant tension. One of our group was even assaulted over a sun lounger – an absolutely unacceptable incident. When we reported it, we were met with indifference from the management, who claimed the CCTV was conveniently “broken.” The lack of concern for guest safety was appalling. The food was equally disappointing. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, we ended up eating out most of the time because the food quality was so poor. The buffet was unappetizing and lacked variety, making it impossible to enjoy any meal. The rooms were old, tired, and poorly maintained. Our bathroom leaked water into the main room, making the entire space feel damp and uncomfortable. There were also no basic facilities like tea or coffee-making equipment, which is standard in most hotels. The lack of attention to guest comfort was glaring. Overall, this hotel was just not nice. The combination of terrible food, shabby rooms, a hostile environment, and indifferent management makes it impossible to recommend. I wouldn’t return under any circumstances. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

Horrible place!!!! Staff don't speak English. Really rude. Food cold and untasty. Room standard awful. Holes in the wall and everything falling apart. Not a 4 stars, I would say more a 1-2 stars. Card system for drinks (even all inclusive) which is really annoying. Cheep away from that place!!!!;

Terrible, worst of the very worst. Please avoid at any price. Staff rude and do not speak English. Hotel should not be 4 stars. Horror like. Very basic, noisy, dirty. Spa closed, park closed. Boring and awful. Not worth , will ruin your holiday

stayed here for a week and it is a great hotel it has 4 bars 4 restaurants a gym spa and a few different pools and even a football pitch and aqua park on the roof the weird thig is the wash basin is outside the bathroom and there was no plug but apart from that it was clean the maids came everyday and the room was comfortable

The hotel upon arrival was very clean and looked well maintained. The gardens were well tended and the inside interior looked clean.we arrived at 9pm local time so there was security inside. We checked in and the receptionist was very welcoming and polite. We went up to our room situated on the first floor which is ideal with children.the room is split into two one half with a large king-size bed and the other two single beds.both areas were clean. The balcony was secure. However, there was a large tree out front, which we found during the week blocked a lot of light, so we had the room lights on often. The air con was brilliant almost too cold on occasion, especially at night. The two single beds...one wooden no problem thebother has a metal frame and unfortunately both my children got injured from walking into this as the corner was very sharp which I did report to maintenance however nothing was done so we covered it ourselves with a blanket and had to treat my daughters leg as it caused a fair sized cut. The pools 7 in total were brilliant and had lifeguards,plenty of sunbeds though several were broken. The restaurant was clean and we were seated quickly.food was standard not much variety over the week and warm, not hot. Snack bar food was much nicer. The hotel opposite was very noisy on a number of nights shouting and screaming until late at night but that's not the fault of guitart. Overall we were happy with the hotel

we chose to go here for our yearly family holiday. Room is cleaned daily and was in good condition. think we got lucky considering other reviews i’ve read. our room was modern and had a great powerful shower, nice comfy beds - room 1407 Staff are very friendly and helpful only one restaurant was open ( october) and the child’s entertainment was small , embarrassing and shocking.( the girl that did it was lovely and did her best -on a tiny stage on the floor ) Food is terrible and cold and my mom got food poisoning. we had all inclusive and we ate out most nights . all the same food , which was cold, not cooked or tasted off. Hotel facilities are ok, pools are lovely and the kids loved it. life guards are very strict which is good and kept everyone safe. play park is basic and holiday clubs were not open. pools close at 4:30 which is stupid when you have kids wanting to swim on their holiday Beach is close by and it’s right by loads of shops. we wouldn’t go here again that’s for sure but we made the most of it and enjoyed our family time and had fun going on boat trips, snorkeling etc

where do I even start with with this hotel it’s so so run down and old even taxi drivers agree it is old, food is horrific we had to eat out everyday which is so expensive in the area. the walls are paper thin could here a guy beating up his girlfriend in front of the kids and music on till super late! THIS IS NOT FOR KIDS!!! super inappropriate tops and shops in the area people are rude and the hotel stinks pools are dirty with freezing water lifeguards in the aqua park are rude and lazy do not do there job. the whole place is trashy people there are so judgemental can't even get in the pool or sit on a sun-bed without feeling insecure with the people around?! wristbands for all inclusive mean nothing to the workers as you have to get cards from reception to trade for a cup for a drink which you can’t get without it you will not get your card back without your cup and they track all your drinks on your room key for what?? i’m not sure but if your thinking of booking PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND DO NOT we looked at reviews before going and thought “a holiday is what you make it” you can’t make it good without good energy around you but everyone around you in the hotel, area or staff are so depressing. WORST holiday i’ve ever been on if you can even call it a holiday we even left 3 days early it was not tolerable!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is down as a 4 star hotel! It not! Food made my husband very sick! They operate on a card system for drinks when you’re all inclusive. So if you don’t take your cup back you can’t get another drink. Some staff there are so helpful but there is a few who do they best to make your holiday the worst experience possible. Rooms are very basic with ants as an added extra! On my first full day at this hotel there was a very large rat walking down the 61 steps from the main pool. When I pointed this out to staff member he done nothing about it! Reacted like it was normal. The kids club is not very inviting to children and the entertainment in the night was very questionable. Kids disco starts at 9pm if you’re lucky it lasts 20mins leaving you till 10 pm with no music. There is noting throughout the day. Very dull and boring hotel! Looks beautiful in photos but they are very deceving!

Only reason I gave this place 2* is down to the people and family’s I met on this holiday.. On the 1st day we get on the shuttle bus to find out we don’t get dropped off at the hotel then had to walk to there from the drop off point. We check in and we wasn’t able to start out all inclusive until 3 which was understandable but we got there at 10am so we had to go elsewhere until then. With the all inclusive they give you a card and if you lose the card you need to pay €2 for another one and need to give it to the bar staff everytime you get a drink and they take it off of you and if you don’t take your empty plastic cup back you are not aloud your card back. The yellow waterside is dangerous 3 different people - 1 broke their wrist on it, 1 smashed their front teeth out and 1 snapped their ankle. The food made me physically sick.. it was always rather undercooked or overcooked and it was always guaranteed to be cold and when mentioning it to staff they would point to the microwave and tell you to heat it up. No entertainment besides from the 30mins kids club on an evening. There was a local who would come into the hotel and drink there and openly admitted to a group of parents that he comes in to watch kids- even the staff translated it on google for the parents to see as they couldn’t understand him. Bang out of order. All of the pools closed at 4:30pm (the peak time of the sun being out) as well as all of the pools being freezing.. everyone was going to the beach as the sea was warmer than the pools itself. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Don’t waste your money on this place.
