The hotel is well situated close to all attractions the staff where all really friendly and helpful definitely recommend and will stay there again

Actually can't fault this place, great location (very central), brilliant value for money, great staff and lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Modern, clean rooms and perfect for us with a 3 year old. Very comfy beds. Pleasant bar and reception area. Bit of a pain for parking but otherwise perfect.

Stayed for one night in a premium room. As it was a very cold day we really appreciated the early check in at 12, however as this is a service that you cannot book in advance and its only given to you if room is ready anyways -the 15£ fee for that seem a very passive income for the chain, nothing special is done here and I feel this fee can and should be waived, particularly if you booked the premium. Our room was nice, however very limited natural light in the room and when we stepped outside our eyes actually needed to adjust we needed sunglasses for a while. We found the staff friendly and helpful, had a good nights sleep and the location is convenient. Breakfast could do with a larger continental selection. This was our third stay in Llandudno and out of the three hotel we stayed at, this is the only one we would (and will) gladly return.

Everything was great! As we arrived we were greeted by a guy I think was the manager. He was friendly efficient and helpful ...and was the same throughout our stay...a credit to Premier Inn. His attitude rubbed off on the whole team who could not have been nicer. Room was perfect and clean. Location was excellent. Food was wonderful. Superb value for money.
