On Llandudno seafront, Bay Court sits at the foot of the Great Orme and is directly opposite from Llandudno Pier. With beautiful sea views, this Victorian guest house offers a full breakfast menu as well as free WiFi in all rooms All rooms have a flat-screen TV, hair dryer and complimentary tea and coffee facilities. All rooms have their own en suite shower bathroom. FROM FEB to DEC We serve a full welsh breakfast each morning buffet style all you can eat, with tomatoes, hashbrowns, mushrooms, baked beans and local sausages and bacon together with fried and scrambelled eggs. We can cater for special dietry requirements please just let us know in advance. We also offer a selection of cereals, fresh fruit juice, tea and coffee and selection of frecs fruit, local yoghurts and pastries. JAN Please not that during the month of Januauary we do not serve a hot breakfast but offer a complimentary buffet style breakfast Llandudno offers visitors the chance to take a tram ride to the summit of the Great Orme, or visit the Great Orme Mines. Arrived at bay court, Julia and Paul had managed to keep us a parking spot outside, we stayed in room 7, large room so clean and fresh bathroom was huge with a separate walk in shower and a bath. Breakfast was included and the quality of the produce used was really high, enjoyed breakfast on both mornings. Juice was always available from the small fridge which was really nice. Paul was made for the hospitality industry nothing was too much trouble and was always around and on hand to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you both, quite possibly the nicest b&b we have ever stayed in! We will be back!

Just stayed here for 2 nights, can't fault the bay court. Beautiful clean room, excellent breakfast with so much choice. Fantastic location and Paul went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. Can not wait to return. Thank you to Paul and his team.

Went for 3 nights to catch up with friends. Lovely clean boutique hotel, bedrooms nice and big, modern ensuite shower room, sea views, great breakfast and Thanks to Paul who was a great host. He chatted to us each morning, making sure we had everything we needed and told us to treat his hotel as our on home during our stay. We watched the Euro final on their lounge tv, with a few drinks and nibbles, just the four of us and on very nice comfy sofas. Paul came in to offer refreshments too. Great homely place and we would definitely visit and stay again, almost opposite the pier, close to shops and restaurants and reasonably priced! Thanks again for your hospitality

This B&B is perfect in every way. The hosts Paul & Julia go out of their way to help and advise you. Our twin room was lovely with a beautiful view of the promenade and pier area. The position of the b&b is ideal - it’s on the flat and a short walk from the tram station (to go up great Orme) , the hop on hop off bus is immediately opposite and all the shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Breakfast is buffet style with everything you could possibly want , fruit,yoghurts, cereal and the usual cooked items. If you want a clean , central b&b with attentive hosts this is the place to stay. I will certainly be back.

We stayed here during a two day visit to Llandudno. What a great B&B in a superb location close to the pier, promenade and town. The breakfast was stunning and plentiful, well cooked and tasty. We couldn’t have asked for more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again should we visit the area again.

this must be one of the best bed and breakfast we have stayed in,everything was spotless,the room was lovely and very spacious,the bed was very comfortable and warm,the breakfast was a credit to the hosts who could not do enough to make our stay one the best ,will be back very shortly

Just returned from my second visit. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - especially as a solo female traveller. ( For anyone else that travels alone, it’s lovely to be remembered when you go back) Great location, feels so safe and Paul is always on site to help with any queries. The rooms are warm and comfortable, breakfast is good and the shower was great! I am already planning my third visit 😁

Both Paul and Julia were fantastic, really friendly and welcoming, Paul was amazing the entire weekend didn’t need to ask for anything he had it all covered, the room was spotless and decorated beautifully, had a good nights sleep the room was a perfect temperature, we travelled from Stoke and were really late due to traffic and they waited for us to arrive so we had a nice welcome, the breakfast was tasty plenty of choice Paul was on hand if we needed anything. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice get away in Llandudno. Thank you Nick & Rhian x x

Thank you so much to Paul and Julie for such an amazing stay. We booked night before arriving and so glad we chose this boutique hotel as was so nice cosy and very warm for the time of year. Breakfast was amazing both mornings we had it and the hosts can not do enough for you. Please try as you will not be disappointed. Looking forwarded to returning hopefully soon.
