Alexander Charme Hotel

Price performance is not right at all at the hotel. Far too expensive for what it offers. In addition, you have to pay extra for the use of the wellness centre, which I find a "cheek". A no go for a hotel that claims to be a charm hotel. The cleanliness is ok and the dining room too. The hotel is unfortunately a bit out of the village on foot. The hotel is right next to the bus stop. To summarise, this is disappointing. We will definitely not visit the hotel a second time. The stay was disappointing

The hotel is amazing itself. The rooms, the restaurant, the spa area. Everything was excellent! We booked it for 6 days, including NY eve. Didnt even know that we would have a special, NY’s eve gala dinner - included in the price. So, it was really amazing, and out of all our expectations for a 4-star hotel in Italy! The food was excellent and of a high-quality. The staff was more than professional and friendly! We are really grateful for all the help they provided us with. Highly recommended! We are going to come back in spring, to see Livigno in spring-time!

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Although the hotel is a little out of town it is very close to Mottolino chair lifts. The food was really, really good and well presented and delivered by a very enthusiastic staff! The staff are the hotels best asset and nothing is a problem to them. Very friendly and engaging and genuinely seemed to be happy doing what they do. Rooms are relatively small but suited our needs! Bernard Birt & Family.

Siamo già stati in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati bene. Colazione, pulizia e cortesia. Volevamo fare un paio di giorni a Livigno e abbiamo telefonato per la disponibilità , essendoci già stati sapevamo anche che il ns cane(10 kg) era accetto. La disponibilità c’era ma hanno chiesto 50 euro al giorno per il cane!!! Quando la camera matrimoniale ne costava 140! Dite piuttosto che non accettate più cani ma non chiedete una cifra assurda! Neppure negli hotel 5 stelle chiedono questo !

Orribile. Camere fredde. Con temperatura esterna 15 gradi! Più caldo esternamente che internamente. Chiediamo 4 volte di alzarci la temperatura della camera... tentativo invano fino alla sera. Già qui, qualcosa non andava per il verso giusto. Il colmo? Usciamo a cena, giusto per non raffreddarci troppo!! Rientriamo alle 23.30/40, e vi è un'auto che per UN QUARTO D' ORA OSTRUISCE IL PASSAGGIO! ...Non riuscendo così a parcheggiare. Chiediamo garbatamente alla persona seduta a lato passeggero di spostarla.. esce dall' auto e non si vede più! (Del conducente nessuna traccia). Stanchi dalle scarpinate e dalla gita del giorno, decidiamo di chiamare l'hotel!! (Vi assicuro e vi anticipo che siamo due persone influenti nel mondo locali e ristoranti, quindi pronti a tutti e molto educati), garbatamente, ma scocciati, chiediamo se è possibile avvvisare il proprietario qualcuno dello spostamento dell'auto. Ci passano la reception, dicendo che procederanno. Il colmo x2?? Era il loro PERSONALE! Richiamiamo la reception dicendo che è poco carino che possano accadere queste cose, e (il titolare... per deduzione nostra), ci dice che SIAMO DEI MALEDUCATI E CI LIQUIDA COSÌ "non potete lamentarvi per ciò, siete maleducati, grazie" E CI BUTTA GIÙ IL TELEFONO. Così..... Risultato: telefonata registrata, domani passiamo tutto al legale, ma soprattutto: la seconda notte (già saldata a fior fior di quattrini), gliela regaleremo!!!! Non stiamo qui una seconda notte con persone maleducate e con la voglia di scontro. Delusione massima. Per un paese come Livigno che amiamo fin da piccini. Assurdo.

Wir waren hier mit fünf Männern auf einer Oldtimer Rundfahrt. Das Hotel liegt etwas oberhalb des Ortes. Man muss mit einem Auto (oder Bus oder Taxi) in die Stadt fahren. Die Zimmer sind typisch für ein Ski Hotel, mit viel Holz, funktionell gut, und einem schönen Balkon mit Blick ins Tal. Es gab ein sehr netten Empfang von der Rezeption und auch der Service beim Abendessen war fantastisch. Das Essen war allerdings nur so akzeptabel mit kleinen Portionen, so dass wir kaum satt wurden. Insgesamt aber eine gute Empfehlung. Übrigens, sollte man Ohrenstöpsel nicht vergessen, weil die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind.
