Outside, you can show off your grilling skills by using your private gas grill and have a nice cookout with everyone. There is no wrong way to spend your vacation in this beautiful home! Located just an 11-minute drive from town, this home is situated within close proximity to great outdoor attractions and sights. Spend the weekend exploring Franconia Notch State Park or Cannon Mountain, just a short 20-drive away. If you'd like to know more about the city, you can drive under four miles to the Littleton Area Historical Museum! Things to KnowNo dog(s) are welcome in this home. Noise should not be audible outside of home during quiet hours. PARKING: The number of parking spaces is limited to those designated for your specific vacation home. Cars must be parked in the driveway or the garage. Street parking is never allowed. OCCUPANCY: Cannot exceed the maximum number allowed at ANY TIME. EVENTS: No weddings, gatherings, parties or other events are allowed at vacation home rental at ANY TIME. CAMPING: No camping is allowed. TRASH: Bear Alert! Do not leave trash or food in the car or outside of the home. Vacasa will pick up your trash at the end of your stay. FIREWORKS: Fireworks are never permitted at vacation home rental.
