Staff are nice. 24 hour service station, Burger King / subway outside 15/20 minutes walk to the beach Tea / coffee in room and more at reception if needed No hairdryer so remember to pack your own if needed It is in need of modernising. Carrying around a tag, main door key, inner door thob, room key, wasn’t fun Booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Room was so hot, and being on the ground floor didn’t feel safe leaving window open during the night.

It is budget accommodation and yes the decor is tired, but clean enough and the staff are super friendly, especially Julie. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Location was perfect for our needs. Would stay again.

We’ve now used Travelodge Rustington on several occasions for visits to family. You always receive a warm welcome, a quiet stay & a comfy bed. Would recommend & will certainly be back again soon!

Not much attention to better customer experience and not much effort to do the right thing to be able to retain my customer.Will most likely never book again within the company

Kay. The receptionist was outstanding. I messed up the booking and she happily sorted it out for me. She went beyond her duties to make sure I was well looked after. I was tired and overwhelmed but I was made to feel relaxed and supported. Knowing she was in reception made my stay a pleasure.

Amazing hotel Beany the manager greeted us on arrival and she was incredibly helpful and polite with all our questions. Burger King and subway next to the hotel and a shell garage opposite. The room and hotel smelt incredible the beds were so comfortable. Would definitely stay again and will definitely be recommending to friends .

The bed was comfy, the room was clean. I was there for work, and had to extend my stay at short notice. Beany at reception was very helpful in ensuring I kept my room. All the staff I spoke to were polite, professional and friendly. In all, a great stay.

Excellent stay ! really nice staff and very clean and tidy . Comfortable bed , slept well , great pillows and quiet location . Adam was very helpful . Will be back again as close to family and not far from the beach . Thank you for a nice stay at your Travelodge !
