房間還行，可能時間比較長了，設施有點老舊，空調外機聲音很大影響睡眠，我都直接關了。早餐比較單一，每天幾乎都一樣。位置對於在市區辦事的話是偏一點了，在附近還行。前台人比較禮貌，負責早餐的阿姨全程冷臉，即時對她微笑與打招呼都沒反應，感覺很不好！

Was woken up at 6:30 AM then again at 7 AM and then the noise never stopped. I was placed right next to the office where the housekeeping ladies are gathering their supplies and they were arguing and yelling at each other in Spanish for hours, you could hear their walkie-talkies going off all the time, my stay in the place was garbage, the only reason I paid this is to get some sleep otherwise I woukd sleep in my car, but no i was not able to sleep in this hotel. Keep in mind that housekeeping does not give a f that you are paying for peace and sleep.

The property was nice, clean, and great value. We were pleased. It was a one night stay for a specialist appointment but we found it to be comfortable.
The only thing I would have changed was the water pressure in the shower was a little low. Its not a complaint, the water is hot and it does the job.

Shower pressure was low, a few outlets didnt work. Bed and pillows were comfy. Area was sketchy, but staff was friendly. I was a little worried because they asked for $100 deposit, I didnt have my cc handy so I gave them cash. There wasnt any receipt for the deposit, just a hand written note on the receipt for the room. I was worried I wouldn't see it again, but did get it back at check out.

Excellent place to stay! Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Hotel appeared to be recently updated. The room was clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast was an added plus.

One night stay with Best Western, the night representative was friendly and quick getting us checked in. My concern is the esthetics of the hotel. Incomplete workmanship, paint runs on the door, bathroom was not completely clean, paint chipping off inside of tub, floor squeaks when you walk, I can hear the other room shower … walls are very thin. Overall, I have stayed at some really well kept BW locations and this location didn’t meet it for me. FYI, they take a $100 deposit, it says the hold will be released when you check out AND someone has inspected the room, you also cannot have visitors during your stay, it’s posted on the counter so please read.

The hotel is amazing. The beds are so comfortable and the room is nice. The breakfast was amazing. I wish the pool was open but apparently it's not open all year long. The kids were disappointed about that. The towels were kinda rough as well. But all in all we loved it there and will continue to stay there anytime we are in town.
