Moxy Lisboa Oriente

I love a Moxy for a quick stay. This one was the quickest...less than 24 hours. After 3 flights (international), I was so happy my room was available early. The front desk staff members were so cordial. I was able to get into my room, shower, change, and even got directions to meet my tour. Later that evening, I finally got my welcome drink and some nachos, while I enjoyed the lobby scene. Moxy's are always fun! The rooms aren't huge, not way fancy--but always consistent. I know what to expect when I book a Moxy...clean, fun atmosphere, at a reasonable price. It was located directly across the street from Lisbon Oriente bus/train station, which I needed for the next morning. This Moxy did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations.

I check in at mid night and a big group checking-in in front of me. Only one receptionist and he is rude and not flexible to handle individual customer first rather than group. And not well handle group customer in advance. I have been waiting about 1.5 hours to pick a room. Never come again as the receptionist is rude and not make sense to his work!

Lovely comfortable bed. Very clean. Very handy for the Oriente station and Vasco da Gama commercial centre. Very helpful staff.
