非常棒的酒店，地理位置好，距離比卡小黃車和胡斯塔升降機都是可以步行幾分鐘到達。 酒店裝潢很漂亮精美，充滿里斯本風情，處處皆是細節。早餐很好吃，服務態度都很棒。 非常推薦來體驗一下。

房間空間足夠也很衛生，可以打開陽台門但不能出去。服務也不錯，只是地理位不算很方便。以這價錢，應該有更多更好選擇。我下次應該不會再住。

Very disappointed. The hotel was chosen by friends with whom we are traveling. We travel 3 months each year. We always book a suite. We're in room 107. It is the oddest shaped room. In approx. 500 square feet, there are two separate bathrooms. We're boarding a ship for a 3 week cruise. We have 4 pieces of luggage with barely room to open two. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was extremely noisy with music blasting up to 90dB. We are platinum elite members. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed.

We landed around 9:30 am at the airport, and the hotel had pre-arranged transport. Our room wasn’t quite ready, so they recommended we grab a drink at Rocco’s, the attached restaurant. After about an hour, our room was ready, which was still long before the official check-in. We booked a king suite, but they upgraded us to the king suite with balcony, which was amazing – two full bathrooms, living room, sitting room, two balconies, and so much space! Here are the things I want to know when I’m booking a hotel: Amenities: The room had a hair dryer, two robes, two sets of slippers, shampoo (which was pretty watery), conditioner, bath gel, a toiletry kit with Emory board, Q-tips and cotton balls, espresso machine and hot water carafe with tea bags, mini bar with water, juice, beer, soda, champagne and vodka (which was included, except the vodka and champagne), and a snack box, which was not included. The pillows were fluffy, and the toilet paper was soft, but my favorite amenity was the unlimited bottled water! Special touches: Each night, turndown service came with a new treat – lavender oil for a good night’s sleep, two glasses of port with pastel de natas, recommendations of upcoming city events, etc. Restaurant – Rocco’s is attached and opened at 6:30 am for breakfast. There was a buffet with scrambled eggs, link sausage, mushrooms; pastries, yogurt, granola/dry cereals, sliced meat, and fruit. You could also order off the menu to get omelets, French toast, pancakes, etc. We never ate dinner there, but we did grab a drink at the bar a couple of times and it was lively! Staff – 5 stars. Every member seemed to think about what we needed before we needed it (umbrellas on a rainy day, extra bottles of water when we said we were leaving for the day). Location – great location in the middle of Chiado. It was an easy walk to the Rossio train station, Praça do Comércio, and many restaurants and shops.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel! It is clean, welcoming and has lovely decor. The breakfast every morning at Rocco’s is amazing, and the staff is very attentive. We also ate at Rocco’s one evening, and it was delicious! I highly recommend making a reservation there before you get to the hotel. I easily would have rated this 4.5 stars, because it really is charming, but I felt the check in and concierge staff didn’t seem to have the same enthusiasm or welcoming attitude that other staff had. I would definitely stay here again, though.

We are currently in the middle of a five-night stay at The Ivens, and while the hotel impresses with its beautiful design and central location in Lisbon’s Chiado district, our experience has been less than ideal. As Ambassador members, we expected that our room upgrade certificates would be honored, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The room we’ve been assigned is no larger than 350 square feet, and it feels quite claustrophobic, which has impacted our ability to get a good night’s rest—something key to an enjoyable vacation. Given the premium price and our status, it’s disappointing that we haven’t been accommodated with a larger or more comfortable space. We’ve raised the issue with management and are awaiting a response. On a positive note, the service staff has been excellent, and the daily breakfast at Rocco has been a highlight. The avocado toast is especially delicious, and the friendly, attentive service in the restaurant has been a bright spot in our stay. We hope for a resolution to the room situation soon and will update this review at the end of our stay.

Greatly enjoyed our six nights at The Ivens on our Lisbon vacation. Great location (walkable access to most of the major sights, and being a block or two off the main shopping ***** is perfect), outstanding customer service - kudos to the door team, the front desk team (Sofia et al) and the concierge team (Tomas) - all responsive, helpful, and professional with helpful recommendations. Hearty breakfast - lots of good options (the avocado toast was a favorite). Great dinner @ Rocco's (when they started to spin the mushroom tagliatelle on the pecorino cheese wheel . . . ). Thoughtful little touches including the makings for a port tonic and pasteis de nata. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Great high ceilings. Rooms are a bit small but workable and not atypical for the location; bathroom is a good size and simple but effective shower. Aqua de Parma soaps etc. A block or two away from Jose Avillez’ BelCanto/Encanto and close to Bairro Avillez. Honest Greens (Portgual’s creative sibling to US Sweetgreen) was across the street and a welcome change from heavier restaurant fare while vacationing. And Ceramicas na Linhas is across the street where you can buy local ceramics by the kilo.

I recently stayed at The Ivens Hotel in Lisbon and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location and design were top-notch, but what truly made the stay memorable was the exceptional service from Sofia. She was incredibly kind, always willing to help, and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Her warm and friendly demeanor really stood out, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the outstanding staff like Sofia!
