I’ve traveled a lot, most recently spending a month in Portugal. I’ve never in my entire life had such a terrible experience with an apar**ent. The fact that they call this a “four star hotel” is laughable. The service is absolutely terrible. Impossible to reach the management company. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled worse than most underground clubs I’ve been in. I have seriously been in portable toilets that smelled better than this bathroom. It is nearly impossible to relax when getting ready for the day in the shower because of the horrible odor and stench. When contacted about the issue, our WhatsApp message was read and ignored. Then on day 2 of an 11 day stay, the elevator went out. Having a lift was a big choice in selecting this apar**ent because I have a leg injury. When contacted on day 2, they took 24 hours to respond and said they would call for repair immediately. After 7 more days, still no repair. Being five floors up and having to manage stairs every time I need to leave or carry in groceries or luggage has been a nigh**are. They are very stern about keeping noise to a minimum, but the windows don’t keep any sound out from the bars or club below. And the hard wood floors squeak and creak almost every step you take. It is impossible to get out of bed for a drink in the night without waking my wife. They provided only 2 towels for an 11 day stay. What?? The one nice thing about the stay is that the kitchen and dining room is well stocked with the things you need to cook. But there are no small touches like coffee or coffee pods, tea, anything. Overall the worst things about this stay are the smell, slow response time, and inadequate communication about fixing the elevator. I would not recommend anyone stay in this building while it’s under this property management. The smell. Oh god the smell. Do not stay here. You will regret it.

It was a great apar**ent with everything we needed and the location was perfect.

La déco de l’appartement et des communs est très réussi. Cependant, le logement est humide. Convient davantage à un couple ou des amis qu’une famille car le quartier est très animé le soir venu. WC dans la salle de bain à 6 personnes, il faut s’organiser

Pasamos una noche en este apartamento que nos ofreció el propio alojamiento ya que a tres horas de llegar a Lisboa nos llamaron diciendo que habían tenido un problema con el que habíamos reservadoy nos ofrecieron este otro. El apartamento hacia meses que no se había limpiado. No pudimos usar los lavabos del baño porque estaban tupidos de pelos y no desaguaban. Había suciedad en todas las paredes y tapicerías. Los sofás blancos estaban llenos de manchas marrones. Calcetines sucios de inquilinos anteriores dentro de los armarios. Polvo en todas las superficies. Toallas transparentes del uso. Camas sin cubre colchones con una simple sábana bajera. Un olor a cañerías y cloaca insoportable. Fuimos a poner una reclamación y nos dijeron que nos devolverían el dinero. Han pasado dos meses y no nos han devuelto nada a pesar de las múltiples reclamaciones. Una auténtica vergüenza que encima oferten como lujo semejante pocilga.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet apart hôtel. L appartement est effectivement joli...mais attention très mauvaises odeurs de remontés d égouts. De plus beaucoup de nuisances sonores avec une très mauvaise isolation. Bruit incessant jusqu à 5 heures du matin Nous nous sommes arrivés et le ménage n était pas fait: lit défait, déchets sur la table de nuit, serviettes de toilettes usagées par terre dans la salle de bain... Ni le loueur ni booking n ont pu faire quelque chose pour nous...une honte. Nous avons donc passé la première nuit dans le canapé. Le ménage a été fait le lendemain matin, mais aucune attention particulière... Attention nous avons eu 3 petits tubes de toilette ( gel douche, shampooing kait corporel) et un petit savon pour 4... Pas Très généreux.Nous devions être indemnisé de cette première nuit mais nous n avons plus de nouvelle et rien sur le compte en banque. Non décidément à fuir et vraiment pas sérieux tout ca Leila giraud
