這是里斯本性價比非常高的酒店，對於家庭出遊這是最好最方便的選擇，冰箱、電磁爐、鍋碗瓢盆就連紅酒杯都有，這真的太令人驚喜啦。酒店裝修很有質地，每個服務員都熱情，前台的一個帥氣小哥還和我們分享了他買的點心，真的太暖心了！每年來都會帶着家人住在這裏的。

總體不錯，服務生每天清掃衞生。不足之處，Mini 廚房設計不合理，經常碰頭；另外，退房時，我現金付款了税費21歐元，回國後，信用卡又扣了我21.09歐元，多次向攜程投訴，至今無果。

Estive por mais de uma semana, gostei bastante do tamanho dos aptos. Minha terceira hospedagem no hotel, recomendo. Apartamentos muito limpos e banheiros amplos. Uma mini cozinha que pode atender perfeitamente para um lanche rápido.

I had an exceptional stay at Altis Prime Hotel de Apartamentos in Lisbon, Portugal. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Not only was the service impeccable, but they also accommodated my request for an early check-in without hesitation, which made my travel experience so much smoother. The room was spacious, clean, had a kitchen, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to public transportation and some of Lisbon's top attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend Altis Prime for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Lisbon.

Great accommodation for families allowing for self catering. Hallways can get noisy with small children running around. Lighting is dull at night and full length mirror needed in apartments. Good supermarkets close by. Overall it’s a good location that allows flexibility.

Excellent space for our family. After a misunderstanding the team did everything they could to rectify the matter. Mistakes can happen - it's how it is dealt with that really matters. Excellent service from reception when an item was left behind after our check out. I would be more than delighted to stay again.

This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.

The only thing that is suboptimal is parking being very tight. If you ever have to park on p4, good luck with going down the ramp from p3!

This was the perfect place for our last couple of days in Lisbon with our toddler. The room setup was great, with a separate sitting area that we could spend time in after our toddler went to bed for the night. The room also included a kitchenette which was convenient. The nicest touch was that they also provided a real crib for our toddler, free of charge, and a little teddy bear for her. Overall, couldn't have asked for better.

Front desk staff was very friendly and addressed all minor issues I brought up as soon as he could. Bonus is that they allow us to check in early, which is a great convenience for us. We lived in a room that is facing the street, there's a little bit of noises when cars drove by (it's a cobble stone street). So perhaps the window could use some improvement for soundproof.

No bellboy at the check in , no help with 6 luggages. Receptionist people are so nice and helpful about the area. The bathtub is really dangerous to get in and out. If you have elderly family thats hotel not for you

Stayed with our 9 month old baby, staff were very welcoming and helpful, room was excellent. Hotel is in a great location, convenient for access to main tourist sites, metro and also a supermarket nearby.

First time in Lisbon and an excellent hotel/apartment in a good location. All of the main tourist attractions were in good walking distance or otherwise close to transport links. You could walk into the centre of the city by going up the hill (instead of down) which gave access to some lesser known restaurants, cafes and landmarks in what felt like quite a trendy and upmarket area. The hotel staff were really friendly and could not do enough for us. We asked for some recommendations at reception and all of the staff were happy to help. They highlighted points of interest on our tourist map, told us the best way to get there, helped us book some tour bus tickets and even offered to help us make reservations with popular restaurants. The hotel had a modern feel and was nice and clean. We chose to have breakfast each day which was well presented and really good quality, and the waiters/waitresses were efficient and friendly. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
