非常好的酒店。服務人員熱心，河景房的景色沒得説，雖然酒店年頭老但是維護的不顯陳舊，入住的以歐美年長客人為主，適合放空和在酒店看看風景，體會與世無爭。不像老城區那麼擁擠，打車去主要景點也比較方便。沒有網紅氣，也許不適合喜歡熱鬧和拍照打卡的。小朋友特別喜歡。

Although this hotel is a bit off the beaten path, the ambiance, staff and offerings were worth the stay. It's classy, spacious, tranquil and filled with so much history. We stayed only a few days, but wish we could have stayed longer. So glad we found this gem. Also, the cocktail bar is top notch, along with the indoor/outdoor pool.

A week over New Year. Relaxed, comfortable, pleasant, peaceful, luxury in a nice down to earth way. Helpful, informative and kind.

We had an amazing time. The staff are incredible. The front desk are accommodating and helpful. The lounge staff are impeccable. Both Marco and Patricia were fantastic! The breakfast is lovely. We highly recommend Lapa Palace and plan to visit again.

Beautiful small but elegant hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in the old section of the palace which was lovely. Our room was huge and very comfortable with a view of the river. Despite other reviews we found the location to be ideal, and walked to several sites like the monastery and the Lisbon Cathedral without any issues. Ubers are also easy to get if you need one.

Service was excellent. Staff was always available and eager to help. Room was beautiful and spotless. Great experience.

Olissippo was our last stay before flying home. We were so busy during our stay that this was a truly relaxing and comfortable way to end our trip. They upgraded our room to one of the ‘original’ palace rooms and it was on the top floor with a view of the river. We had dinner outside at the more casual dining room and both the service and food were delicious! We didn’t have spa treatments but did check out the spa area and it’s very relaxing and the indoor pool is really nice. The outdoor pool is surrounded by lawn area and greenery everywhere and was the perfect antidote to our busy forays around Portugal. Thanks so much for a very lovely stay!

Highest Quality Hotel!! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The staff was incredibly kind. I arrived early and they found me a room prior to the normal check in time. I had travel issues getting to Lisbon and was upset. They showed kindness and dealt with me perfectly. We had dinner at their restaurant and the quality and presentation was superb. The hotel itself is elegant and distinguished. It is not close to the tourist area and main square of Lisbon. That is the only negative. When we walked around in the area there was not much to see.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The room was quite large and had a fantastic view. The garden and pool were an oasis in the middle of a busy city.
